Usually the employees are careless and its a battle to get mistakes fixed.

The service was awful the woman that makes the blizzards cannot make your order right and when I asked her to get it right she charged me for her mistake then made it wrong again and profusely tried to tell me I was wrong and she made it right when I’ve been there a thousand times and gotten the same thing

Not bad food for a busy Saturday.

We had issues with a Doordash issue but when we arrived at the store the staff was so helpful

Always forget something or its cold

Breakfast was great eggs cooked to order instead of powdered eggs like most places! Takes a minute but worth the wait

First off my sister and her cousin didn't even get her fries till we were leaving. My aunt also had to wait the whole time to get her food and didn't even get the right thing. A girl also ordered a 9 dollar meal and never got cause they were out of chicken. They wouldn't give her money back or give her something else. They also gave my sister the wrong blizzard. Every time we go the never get anything right. It is also always nasty in there. It is never clean at all. They were even out of salt and other condiments. The service is always terrible. They are always mean. There is only a couple of good people in there that are nice. Please fix your restaurant.

Again got the wrong order. Figured getting only two biscuits. And a side of bacon that it couldn't possibly get messed up. Wrong!!! I'm tired of paying for food and not getting it or it's so unfit you can't eat it. Not counting the 20 minutes waiting or the drink with no straw. You can do better!! Take pride in your job no matter what it is.

When I was a kid it was exciting to go to DQ. The burgers and fries were excellent the desserts were always above average the parents didn't complain about the prices very much.
Over the last few years this place (and I mean the entire chain) has plummeted.
I hear you get what you pay for so I'm assuming they're entire staff are minimum wage. Slow service, sticky tabels, dirty floors, especially this disaster in Brownsville, I'm over it.
I can't believe they're still in business their food is so bland and boring, they're service in the 5 or 6 locations I've gone to over the years is terrible and the prices are outrageous. We left and did not eat here because again, there was no offering besides pork for breakfast.
