My food was wonderful. I had a breakfast burrito with country ham. Best one I've had. It's definitely home style cooking with a few other options. The prices were reasonable. Many items under $10 for breakfast. That would not include a beverage though.

My boyfriend and I wanted to eat locally and we have always heard PJ’s had great food. We had our service dog with us, his service dog. We went to the back and she lay under the table as she is trained. We were looking at the menu, we had to go get, and before long two ladies came to our table and ask us to eat outside with her because they do not allow service animals inside. The only customers they had were leaving. They ask what she is a service animal for. She has her tag on stating she is a service dog and we had ID. They said it did not matter she needed to wear a vest. They did not “refuse” us service; however, we were asked to eat outside. Service animals are not welcome so we felt unwelcome. Especially since this is the way we were greeted. Sadly, even if they are the best in the entire state of Kentucky I would not eat inside or outside even if it was free. Local, no thanks.

Service Dog Discrimination!!!!!

I visited this restaurant today and was extremely disappointed by how I was treated. I arrived with my trained service dog, and instead of being welcomed inside as required by federal ADA law, I was told that we would have to eat outside. Service animals are legally allowed inside public restaurants, and denying access is not only unprofessional — it’s discriminatory.

Being turned away like this was embarrassing and completely unnecessary. This experience made it clear that the staff either do not understand or do not respect ADA requirements. I hope management takes this seriously and trains their employees so other customers with disabilities are not treated the same way.

I will not be returning.

Really yummy breakfast spot. We stopped in traveling through and both of our breakfast plates were under $10. Wish we lived closer so we could frequent!

Stopped in for breakfast as it was near our rental cabin and after passing by a few times decided to stop in. Pancakes were awesome, slightly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. French toast, sausage gravy and biscuits, and cinnamon rolls were all excellent. Bacon nice and crispy too!

Service was friendly and attentive so we’d definitely return

My family loved PJ’s Cafe!

Inside, there is a nice small-town feel without being outdated at all. The staff were very friendly and checked up on us often. Our portions were great and the food was delicious. All of the prices were reasonable.

It’s too bad we were tourists. If we didn’t live multiple states away, PJ’s Cafe would be a regular breakfast place for my family.

Honestly the best breakfast I have ever had. Pancakes were perfectly fluffy and had golden brown crispy edges. Hash browns were also perfectly crispy and not soggy. Everything was well seasoned and came out super hot! Highly recommend.
