Braxton Brewing Company - CVG

Sat down to eat and drink before flight. Place was pretty busy, so understand waiting. However, I was not asked if I evne wanted water until the white people that came after me were asked could they be helped. So, I am posting and I walked out. And no QR codes at this place.

The pork belly taco was amazing! I ordered more! The Al Pastor was very good as well but I could order 10 of the pork belly tacos (whiskey row)!! Do yourself a favor ask for flour tortillas and you will be so happy!! I can’t believe this is airport food!

Great spot for a layover, with a refreshing Hefeweizen beer and other tasty drinks.

My wife and I stopped at Braxton Brewing Company location across the aisle to our Frontier airline flight home Saturday 8-10-24. She ordered a Tito’s and soda and I tried an old fashioned using the OKI brand.
Our Bartender Brian (?) gave such great service - you can tell he loves the company and he told me all about their beers and the locations in Covington. He took a lot of time and effort to explain the newest location and also about the owners - I’m going to make it a point to visit next time in Cincinnati, and tell my daughter and her friends who just moved to Cincinnati taking jobs at P & G…
I’m a huge beer fan, and tasted a couple I had questions on. I liked his beer menu and the tap handles too. Very friendly, happy, enjoys his company & owners seem like they are all friends.

Easily the worst service I've ever received at an airport bar/restaurant anywhere. It took an act of congress to get a word out of either server/bartender. The food wasn't anything to brag about either.

Whiskey Row tacos were amazing but pricey, I will probably be back

Third time here and it was just has great as the first. The Al pastor, whiskey row, and chimmi-chimmy-ya street tacos were all great!

Bartenders were super friendly. Beers are served in larger than usual glasses and prices were honestly not bad, especially for an airport location. Only reason this didn't get 5 stars is the rice in my burrito was undercooked, but other than that everything was solid.

The dip trio was good. The salsa, queso and guacamole were all solid. The main entrees we had weren’t good though. The bowl with chicken was super bland. The fish taco barely had a piece of fish in it for $6-7 each. The ground beef taco had flavor but was so watery. If they could drain the meat and add a bigger shell that’s be great.

Got a beer right away but then had to flag someone down after 35 mins to get food. Go to malt house instead, bar tender was not friendly
