I don’t understand how the airport chick fila runs out of biscuits and doesn’t even have a sign or are telling people until they place the order that there is no more biscuits that is ridiculous I came for breakfast to enjoy a biscuit not a sandwich

I used to love coming to this particular Chick-fil-A. Lately however it seems like their service has gone downhill. I came in earlier today ordered a grilled chicken sandwich wrapped in lettuce and a diet lemonade. I received a fried chicken sandwich between 2 pieces of lettuce and a regular lemonade. I came in tonight at ab 9:05 to switch out the said lemonade and no lie 4 people in drive through including a manager looked at me and said nothing. 3 of which were just standing there. The manager made direct eye contact with me and turned away. Granted she had a bag in her hand but regardless she could have said something. A person had come in from outside and ended up assisting me. I was wondering if I had turned into the invisible woman until he came in. After I left I drove around the store and one of the employees from drive through was miraculously right where I had been standing. I used to come to this chick-fil-a and feel like I was in an episode of Cheers where everyone knows your name and they are glad you came. I would come on purpose and out of my way bc of the service and quality of food. Now? Quality of food is still great but the service is becoming just like any other run of the mill restaurant. Non existent.

I very rarely leave poor reviews, but this experience was worth noting. We had a 7am flight and were traveling with littles. Chic-fil-a was the only recognizable food option for our kids so I stood in the long line to order them food. The lady who took my order was notably annoyed with every customer she interacted with and the lady working the pick up counter was beyond frazzled. The people making the food in the back were rude and messing up orders left and right. My order was incorrect three different times. I finally got our kids set up and just went to another walk up and ordered food for myself. Poor customer service and overall the crew had a terrible attitude.

Our last experience here was with Sylvia. She was incredibly unprofessional. The entire time she was taking our order she complained about how she wanted to leave and that her “hoes were calling”. Keep in mind the Manager was right there to hear it all and did nothing about this behavior. Ridiculous from an establishment, even more ridiculous from a Chick-Fil-A.

Food was good though.

I dont think the staff know they are customer facing and will avoid you at all costs. The food is cold and awful. I would not even feed it to my dog.

Very disappointed in this location. Staff is very short and not friendly at all. They couldn’t call my wife by the right name (despite being a common name) and they didn’t want to give us our receipt. When we tried asking for it, the lady just went right to talking with the next customer. Additionally, you can’t use any rewards at this location and they will not scan your rewards code.

This was at the airport in North Carolina the food was very expensive and not very tasty.

Ate here and was immediately sick for an eight hour flight. Was in perfect health before eating this devilish meal. Scoundrels.

While next in line, I was told to get out of line and get back in the kiosk line to order because a manager needed to mop.

Forgot the Sprite. Had to go up to the window and was given a medium I atead of the large I paid for. Gave me iced coffee instead of frozen. Paid 40 dollars for horrible experience. Just avoid this place.

Amazing to have a gluten free option at CVG! Grilled chicken sandwich with a GF bun. Fries are fried separately and are also GF! The manager this evening was so nice explaining the options. What a relief! #celiac #coeliac #glutenfree
