I ordered a tuna sandwich through the automated kiosk and then saw the special Carolina Pulled Pork Crunch. Fortunately, the staff were kind enough to make the sandwich I wanted without hassle instead of blindly following the computer. It was pretty good for fast food and not too expensive.

Absolutely disgusting display of customer service and management. I feel sorry that these businesses are forced to continue hiring people with terrible attitudes just to make their business work but they get what they deserve when they don’t stand up for themselves. I will NEVER eat here again.

When open, I love the food from here and am always looking forward to grabbing a sandwich before my usually late flights out. However, this last time I attempted to visit, I was told the restaurant was closed over 20 minutes before the scheduled closing time and despite the registers saying they were open. So naturally I was rather disappointed with that. Hopefully, they will remain open until closing in the future, especially considering there were many outgoing passengers purchasing food from the adjacent restaurants even at night.

I recently visited the Earl of Sandwich at the Cincinnati airport looking for a quick lunch and decided to try their Hot Ham and Swiss sandwich. Unfortunately, the sandwich was unimpressive and a bit bland, lacking the robust flavors I was hoping for. On the bright side, the meal came with a Pepsi and baked potato chips, which helped round out the experience. The convenience and extras were appreciated, but the main dish left something to be desired. Overall, it's an okay option if you're in a rush, but don't expect anything extraordinary.

After 10 minutes of waiting for one sandwich I asked if my sandwich was ready because of a flight to catch, the lady behind the counter yelled we only have one person back here be patient!. I’m thinking if your short handed and it will take over 10 minutes to make there should be a sign saying that so if someone orders and can’t wait that long after paying due to flight you would know in advance.The other person there asked her something and she said that guy needs to be patient. Very rude and had a bad attitude. This was on 5/30 at 3pm. I would definitely not recommend this place. Corporate office should be aware of this if they care about their reputation.

Airport location - terminal B. Sandwich was pretty good, I had the Cuban. I don’t like warm lettuce. There was no bottled water on the menu for purchase nor did I see any in the drink fridge. I’d eat it again. Cashier was nice when I needed her help ?

It was like watching a slow-mo video clip. Two women were working, there was no one at the counter and my single breakfast sandwich took 13 minutes… then my order was wrong. I waited again… 4 minutes… the Second Lady came out and asked me what my order was. I repeated for the sixth time.. “egg and sausage, no cheese”. She repeated it back to me like a question. I’m still waiting for the next version.
