This was my first time trying this lounge. Food was great and frequently refreshed. Rosemary was incredible. She was very kind and wend above and beyond in serving everyone in the lounge, even delivering drinks when the bar was full. I will definitely return because of her service!

Food dangers - soup is nearly cold, cold salads are lukewarm. One attendant observed putting up her ponytail in the food area and not washing her hands afterwards. Attendants obviously do not want to be there, barely acknowledge you. Should not allow kids in lounge, bumping into people and not obeying their adults.

The receptionist checking me in was in a grumpy mood, but once in the lounge, my experience was exceptional. The bartender went out of her way to buss my dirty dishes because it was busy enough that the normal staff weren’t keeping up. She remembered a drink I had previously ordered and brought me another. Excellent service!

Jennifer at the CVG Escape is so hardworking and nice. Due to bad weather some employees couldn’t get to work so the lounge was short-staffed and crowded with passengers. Somehow she took care of all the everyone and kept a smile on her face! Kudos to her!

Most fun I’ve had in an airport lounge. Rosemary claims she is the oldest, but no one is younger at heart! Wish I had her energy! Great team with Addie and Jen.
