Ken and Deron were the MOST accommodating hosts. The lounge is a perfect oasis in the airport. Their exceptional professionalism and customer service makes this experience. 10/10 would recommend.

This place is small but so cozy and cute! It’s a perfect spot to unwind if you have time to kill, with delicious snacks and comfy chairs. I had the pleasure of meeting the bartender, Slim who is an absolute gem—super sweet and attentive. His warm personality and good conversation was a nice change to a boring wait in the airport.
Definitely recommend if you’re passing through CVG and want a cozy spot with great vibes!
