We love this lounge for its hospitality, food and beverage selection, and the kindness of all staff during stressful airport delays. Slim and Ivy took such great care of and engaged with our family, both parents and kids. We look forward to this stop every time we travel through
Ken and Deron were the MOST accommodating hosts. The lounge is a perfect oasis in the airport. Their exceptional professionalism and customer service makes this experience. 10/10 would recommend.
Such a comfortable space with wonderful food and excellent service. Devon M (aka Slim) made our experience so enjoyable. He was so friendly and helpful! Will come back to say hi anytime we are in CVG!
