Not thrilled. This was my first and last time getting food here. The prices were higher than I'm used to paying and everything was a bit greasy. Everything was fresh but still quite oily/greasy. I'm used to having bits of scrambled eggs in my vegetable fried rice and there were none (egg prices aren't crazy here so that's no excuse) and there were unusual veggies in the Lo mein. It was almost as if they just grabbed whatever happened to be in the kitchen and threw it in with the noodles and rice. I also got veggie rolls which were good but they do not have sweet n sour sauce, only duck sauce which is not the same. My total was $29. I do have leftovers but there's a good chance I won't eat them. The people were very friendly and service was fast, I just wish the food was better and not so oily.

The food is very good in my opinion, have been going here for years, and it has never failed me. Service is pretty good as well, and is overall a good place.

1st time here, The food was great. And very good portion. Tha Chicken Teriyaki on a stick was super. Steak & onion was great. The fried rice veggie was also great. We will be returning. Thanks for a great experience.

This is the best Chinese food in KY. My husband and I come from NY and are very particular about this food. House of Tang has real Chow Mein (which is LoMein elsewhere) and great fried pork rice. My husband loves their fried egg noodles with seafood, which is hard to find. Their portions are huge with the containers bulging. Only place you can find an egg roll, not a spring roll as others pass off as an egg roll. Actually, every dish we order is spot on. You can’t go wrong ordering here.

I ordered the chicken chow mein dinner special, which includes the option of additional rice or noodles and a side item. I chose white rice as my additional option and paid extra for a premium side of egg drop soup. However, the chicken chow mein I received did not include any noodles—just chicken and vegetables. On top of that, I didn’t receive the egg drop soup I paid for and was instead given an egg roll. The chicken chow mein itself was extremely unappetizing, resembling a soggy mix of chicken and vegetables.

We also ordered an additional side of egg drop soup, but it was very disappointing. It was incredibly bland, tasting like a watered-down chicken broth with a few scrambled eggs thrown in. It lacked any real seasoning or depth of flavor.

Another meal we tried was the orange chicken. Unfortunately, the orange flavor was barely noticeable—it took several bites to even recognize it as orange chicken.

FOOD:
I'd order this and have it overighted if I lived in California. Its literally the BEST general tso, chicken and broccoli, s/s chicken I've ever had.
The rice tends to run a skidge dry, but if you like the sauce, man... it's outstanding.
I can't say enough about the perfect tenderness of their vegetables. It's WILD. Like, 5 star broccoli. I've had lesser at Lomghorn.
Love this place. Reasonable. Portions are normal to large (containers are always over-stuffed), it's always SO FRESH and HOT that we have to wait to eat even after driving to get it.
Can't say enough good.

ATMOSPHERE:
I never eat inside. Iit's small, but lovely. Smells good, nice lighting.
NOT FULL SERVICE, so, don't expect that.

SERVICE:
Family owned, run well- but like a family (which is personally endearing - to me)

I think they need to change their fryer oil .. The chicken was dark and oily, The crab rangoon was basically hollow in pillows of grease. I ordered from this location before it was good tried it again. I paid 20 bucks for food I had to throw away. :(
Very nice people, Usually I love it but maybe Thursdays are not a good day.
