$30 for 2 burgers, 1 fry & 2 drinks, 1 of which was water. Fries were cold. They replaced them with hot ones but we still had to wait. Burgers were good other than the buns which were supposed to be toasted weren’t. They were stone cold like they just took them out of the bags. 6 people on staff and a lot of badgering & cutting up going on with maybe half the crew actually doing something. Airport scene leaves you minimal option but I’d look for another one next time.

This was one experience.. There we were, my fiancée and I, wandering hungry through the the Cincinnati airport, when we spot a beacon of hope - the promise of a “Smash Burger".Driven by the pangs of hunger and the magnetic allure of a well-cooked burger, we made a beeline towards it. We dreamt of the sizzle, the succulent beef, the melty cheese... it was going to be our little fast-food heaven before braving our economy class legroom.We order, practically salivating at the mouth, and then... the hammer falls. The cashier, bless her, looks us in the eye and says, "We don't serve burgers today."I blink. I can practically hear my fiancée's stomach drop. I mean, with a name like "Smash Burger", you'd expect at least one burger, right? But, no! Not here in the burger Twilight Zone of the Cincinnati airport.We had a good laugh about it though, and well, it's a story we won't forget anytime soon. Next time, we'll probably hit up "Pizza Hut" for some sushi... seems about right!

CVG food options are somewhat limited. Smashburgers are usually pretty good. This location has a management problem. They consistently run out of things (today there's no avocado, mushrooms for ex). It's usually chaotic and orders get messed up.

Extremely slow. This location needs to hire more kitchen staff, there was only one employee in the kitchen working very hard and doing her best but there were too many orders to keep up with for one person. After waiting 30 minutes my flight was boarding so I had to refund the order (which the cashier did promptly with no hassle). I would suggest avoiding this location unless you have an hour.

Lazy, Rude, not considerate, yelling at the customers like we are childern under her arm. Your name is in an international airport with people all over country/world please make sure you have a front face to your restaurant that is welcoming.

Today 6/5, my colleagues and I dropped by to order breakfast before our flight and then this rude staff told us that breakfast is served at 9:30 in an unpleasant, yelling tone. Then she yelled again that we can only order from the kiosk while she sat there chewing some food in her mouth. She looked at us like she was disgusted by our presence, treated us like we’re ignorant. This staff is not a good example of a food chain in an airport. Worst place to order food. Would never get food from this place again.

the dining area is disgusting- never cleaned. the staff uses their phones and moves at the speed of smell. this place is so. freaking. slow. i ordered at 1:16pm and got my order at 1:32pm. Pathetic.It would have been faster for me to walk to the B concourse, order a cheeseburger at McDonalds, and return to A concourse to eat it. Management: get your act together.

I wish I would have read the feedbacks in google before, I waited 45 minutes ++ for a burger and fries at Cincinnati airportIf I read the reviews from people and the comments from the management - I can just say Horse* to tell people it takes time to prepare a burger. Yes it takes time but not 45 minutes, if I have too many orders I need to tell people, this is an airport and fast food, not fine dining. People need to catch flights!Absolute Desaster, no Organisation in the kitchen, the manager of this place should be fired and work somewhere in a kitchen with professionals to learn how to set up a stabile processThis place is complete failurePositive- employees are friendly / they try to compensate management failure- The quality ok the burger was OK / nothing exceptional that would justify 45 minutes waiting time

Worst service ever. Some people wanted their money back. Burgers are good but not so good where they should take 20 minutes. If enough people complain about how slow they are, hopefully, CVG will bring someone else in. All employees are laughing and having fun, and talk about customers after a complaining customer leave.Horrible place for a quick airport snack or lunch.

Service was absolutely terrible!I ordered a salad, thinking it would be a quick order. I ended up waiting 25+ minutes for it. I watched 5 different employees stand around at different times. Talking, joking with each other, going on break while there was at least 4 people waiting in line at all times. No one seemed to care that there were customers waiting. Will never be back. Terrible experience.

These people are very lazy, the black guys with long dreads was just standing at the register bit he refused to take my order and told me that they did not take cash ,he was just talking to his coworker. Also my food came out cold after waiting for almost 30 minutes, I ordered at 4:53pm and got my food at 5:19 pm. The management need to educate these people again .

I typically do not leave poor reviews , but please avoid this place if you’re in any rush. We waited 30-40 minutes for burger and fries and saw the workers turn away many customers because they were too behind. As mentioned in previous reviews, the workers seem overworked, frustrated, and tired. There seemed to be infighting amongst themselves. The food wasn’t bad in taste but fries and burger buns were cold.

Worst service ever. 45 minute wait for food. Plane was boarding before food was done. Manager refused refund because he had let another store in the airport borrow his card. Ridiculous to say the least. $41.00 for nothing but excuses. Skip the scam folks.

An impressive lack of urgency or professionalism. At least I now know all the reasons the staff has to complain about working here. ?‍♂️ Best part was when I told the woman handing me my order that I also bought a water and she said “you get it.” ?
