I don't like to give a 1 star review but this particular spot sort of leaves me no choice... Ordered chicken avocado club. Got the burger instead. Understandable because the menu items have similar names but a bit frustrating. Service was exceptionally slow, and it appears that the staff are currently undergoing some sort of mutiny right now... After waiting over 20 minutes for a sandwich and fries the self proclaimed manager/owner couldnāt find my food. I requested a refund to which he could not provide because the āorder takerā (who walked off the job leaving no one to attend the register) kept my receipt. He was completely disrespectful, raising his voice stating there was nothing he could do - Really - you canāt add a chicken sandwich and fries !! The only reason have them 2 stars is because they were open.(went to 2 other places which closed early) Kiosks don't work appropriately, took forever to get food, fries were still cold and uncooked. Double made some orders and didn't make others.
