I hope this is for the Starbucks in Krogers in Burlington! But shout out to Maria, Tristan, Jerry and Saad!! They are always so energetic and so sweet! Maria and Tristan have remembered my name and my order to the T! They make me feel welcomed and i always leave with a smile on my face and with a great drink!!! They busy their butts off over there! The older burrista Jerry SERIOUSLY needs a raise and I hope someone that can make that happen sees this! I truly believe he's what keeps most of us coming back, even if it's not a big one, that man deserves SOMETHING!
I rarely ever have issues with this location, staff is kind and always fast. A few visits ago, I did end up having a drink made incorrectly, however I didn’t know exactly what was wrong because it was a new drink I ordered. I ended up leaving anyway, but the barista Maria knew It wasn’t right, and she ended up stopping me before I could get in my car and she told me she wanted to make it correctly and be sure I was happy with my drink.
