Excellent employees, great location, flavorful food and self pour drinks.

This Club needs some updating. Furniture is dirty and worn. What I find is the worst is the food. For lunch on a sunday they serve wilted salad (with no protein options) and soup that was definitely canned. No chicken, nothing. Really sad. Not worth the money or even a free pass.

While the Club has a nice view with big windows, more space, and more comfortable chairs, I enjoyed the Escape lounge in Concourse B more. The latter had drinks and much better food. Service was good at both - the staff members were quick to take away plates when I was done. Note that Club CVG only offers beer starting at 10am and doesn’t offer wine until 1pm. The breakfast is like a hotel breakfast plus some yogurt parfaits and fresh fruit cups.

Coffee machine not working, not even bottled or sparkling water anywhere. Selection of food was terrible at best. Furniture was worn. Only positive is that it is free with the Amex and you don't have to sit at the gate.

The best place to kick back and wait for your flight. Very friendly staff.

Every time I go I am greeted by grumpy unenthusiastic staff.
They either ignore you completely or hide in the back.
Strange because how hard is it to get good tips when the booze is FREE?
I am a customer not a burden.
Might as well close this place.

Tiny lounge located between gate A8 and A10. Free for AmEx Platinum / Priority Pass members. Food selection is decent, but quality is as usual in lounge - mediocre. No to-go cups for coffee.Still a good place to spend time and work before the flight

Few vegetarian food items. The quality of the items was not that good.

Pretty disappointed in my overall experience. Nothing except beer before 1pm, despite every other place in the airport selling everything. The food was meh, and the seating was pathetic. Not really worth the time or money. The only bright spot was the kind staff.

A Priority Lounge. Nice-small lounge in the concourse. Small bites for the food, soups, salads and tapas. Beer and cocktail selection. Quiet place to unwind before the flight. Staff was very nice and helpful.
