Great small town charming restaurant. Lovely outdoor area dining with good food. We will be back when up this way.
This place was outstanding. Great food, great service. We just stumbled on it using Open Table but will definitely be back.
Greg is fantastic and he always takes such good care of us! I got the duck special which was very good but very small portion and the risotto was not cooked at all. Overall, love coming to Tousey though.
We both had the Southern Fried Chicken salad for lunch. We both loved it and ate every bite.
Best meal I e had in a long time! Starting with the cocktails! Banana Manhattan was amazing!!!! Service from the bartender Greg was top notch. The appetizer was crab cakes complemented by slaw and let me tell you...perfection. Only to be topped by the incredible fried chicken and mashed potatoes. Just wow!!
My husband and I enjoyed Tousey House Tavern a great deal. My husband had the filet and it was very good. He missed the “additions” like garlic butter or bernaise that he usually gets with steak. I had the halibut and I was very flavorful. Bree was our server and she was very helpful answering questions about the menu and she was pleasant and prompt.
We expected better menu items on Sunday. I had to settle for hamburger. My wife's salad was very good.
We had a very nice dining experience. The service was excellent. Our server was very attentive & helpful. The food was very tasty. We were not rushed & were able to take our time with our meal. Will definitely return.
Brunch was delicious, and service was fantastic. Amazing ambiance with an old house from the 1800s, decorated to remind you of your grandma's home.
Food was good. Unfortunately, the really bad service ruined the experience. The bartender was horribly rude. Our server was also rude.

We are (almost) regulars for Sunday brunch. We have tried many selections from the brunch menu and have never been disappointed with our choices! We love Tousey!! The food is delicious, the atmosphere is ideal and lovely and the service and staff are always great! James is such a pleasant and helpful server. We highly recommend!
Great atmosphere and Carolyn, our server, was pleasant, informative and gave us excellent service! Food was reasonably priced and tasty. Looking forward to bringing out of town guest back soon. It was too hot to be on the porch, but that's my favorite spot. Thank you, Tousey House for a memorable, relaxing night in a cozy atmosphere.
The waiter was surly and rude. All three of us noticed his poor attitude. Food was great but the server made for a poor experience.
200 year old building serving tasty southern classics with option. Attentive service with lots of ambiance!
The atmosphere is beautiful at the Tousey House however the service, and food are just OK. The kitchen wasn't able to split a dish consisting of two eggs Benedict for us. Jam is served out of individual Smuckers plastic cups. Green tomatoes are cooked well however, have no flavor. I wish I had a little bit more of an elevated experience.
