My second time here since covid. I refer my guests to this place all the time, probably 100+ referrals so I decided to visit to celebrate something big. I asked for a table by a window expecting a view. Unfortunately I got a terrible table on the 2nd floor next to a service cupboard where the staff kept coming too all throughout our dinner. Although the food was great, the experience was ruined by an awful table.

I took my son and his family, including one toddler for dinner on a Saturday night. The waiter James was amazing. Very courteous and attentive. The Sea Bass with the Lobster cream sauce was the best I have ever had. I will definitely be back, even just for myself to enjoy the Sea Bass again! Would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone. It has a wonderful atmosphere, white table cloths and all!

First time here. Drove up from Louisville and can't wait to go back. Food great, service great, and the history of building is fabulous

Once again everyone at Tousey House went above and beyond for our brunch, they even had made our favorite chicken thigh dish which wasn't on the brunch menu for us. Our server Emma was amazing.

Hadn't been yet and had been wanting to go, found an excuse to “be in the neighborhood”. Tousey exceeded expectations. We had a cocktail and crab cakes, delicious, then some wine and the sea bass, outstanding!! Well done! We will be back, no excuse necessary!!

The space is very charming, along with the derive and overall vibe. The fried chicken was delicious - perfectly crispy and juicy.

Took my sister here, at her request, for her birthday lunch. We have been here previously and it was very good. However, today was a little disappointing. Even though I included that we were celebrating a birthday in the reservation, they did not acknowledge it. There were a couple of large parties, one of which was very loud, but I don't blame the restaurant for that. The fried green tomatoes, normally very delicious, were bland. My "upgraded" ceasar salad was very disappointing: yellow lettuce, very little dressing, parmesan, 2 cherry tomatoes and bread crumbs - no croutons. My hot brown was really dry, it had a sufficient amount of cheese but almost no mornay sauce. My sister had the chicken salad sandwich, the menu says it is served on a croissant; however, the server said it was a croissant bun and it was so hard it was inedible. She did like the chicken salad, just not much of a lunch without the bread. French fries were nicely seasoned.

Tousey House never disappoints. Had the Cajun shrimp appetizer, delicious. Grilled chicken Ceasar salad, bacon jam burger and fried chicken is the best in the area. Service was excellent. James did a great job taking care of our small group.

AJ was so sweet. She took special care of my mom and accommodated us in every way. We will be back.

This beautiful 19th century Federalist house is nicely adapted into a lovely and welcoming restaurant. There are several dining areas, including two porches. We comfortably brunched on one of the porches, enjoying a soothing breeze on a warm afternoon. We found our server, Cherish, cheerful and friendly, well versed in all menu items, including ingredients, preparation, and seasonjng. Cherish showed the perfect level of attentiveness. My salmon salad and my guests' French toast were wonderful. The bourbon bread pudding was exquisite.
