Jay's it a small hole in the wall type diner that makes you think of a diner from your favorite classic TV show. One that always has the best food and great service. All the food is cooked to order so it is always hot, fresh and delicious! They have a great selection of items, both main items and sides. The burgers are great, and the kids love the chicken nuggets.If you feel like eating outdoors, there's a small pavilion right down the road that overlooks the river and has a playground beside it. It is unrelated to Jay's itself but is a great place to eat and let the kids play.

The food was good. Dining area seemed to be clean. Staff was friendly. But my order was incorrect. They made me a chocolate milk shake when I ordered a large cherry coke.
