We had never been to this place before and decided to order takeout. Spent over $50 and tipped as well and got home, which is 15 minutes away, to realize the my left a meal out. Not to mention that I set in there and waited 15 minutes past when my order was supposed to be ready.
Anyway, I called just to tell them and they literally had the nerve to act like I was lying to them. They asked for me to bring my food back for them to look through if I wanted anything done about it. I really didn’t want anything just letting them know. Wasn’t going to travel another 30 minutes for a $13 meal either, we just shared. They just treated me so disrespectful and hung up on me theee times.
Nevertheless, we will never go there again and will tell everyone. Just horrible experience to be treated like that. We are good people and would never want something for nothing. I definitely recommend going anywhere else besides here what a crappy way to treat first time customer

Had lunch with my sister and both of our orders, enchiladas, had hardly any chicken in them. Was not a very good meal. This was the second time they did this. The previous time, several of us ate lunch there and everyone was commenting about the tiny portion of meat in the meal. Maybe it’s time for a change.

Feel like they have over charged me on Multiple occasions, barely any steak in the steak tacos. The menu says one thing and they charge you another

The fajita burrito and chicken and bacon burrito were pretty good. Salsa was awesome, as well as the chips. Service was awesome, music not too loud or annoying. Def will return again.

I've eaten here three times and each time has been a great experience. The staff are very kind but give you space to eat rather than be pushy about things. However what pushed me to make this review was tonight when I decided to get takeout, I fell pretty bad right outside and the cashier immediately rushed to help me and get my food fixed after it busted open, even though I was admittedly a crying mess. He was incredibly kind and went out of his way to help me even though he didn't need to, even asking if I was alright after getting my food. I wish I'd gotten his name to personally thank him! Whatever your opinion of Mexican cuisine, it's worth supporting this business and trying out something new. Also, their food is amazing, so that's a good bonus!

Ordered Two Togo Taco Salads and there was about 5-6 small pieces of steak in each one. Very little lettuce. Paid 33.00 and each salad had about 5.00 of food in them. We have visited there Livermore location in the past and was well pleased but this was not a good experience. We called them and were told 'it was right'. We will not be back.

Wide variety of choices on their menu. Food was great and service was spot on.
I have eaten there several times with my family but this last time it was terrible..Taco meat was overly salty and my kids meat and cheese soft tacos literally tasted like canned dog food ?
Very friendly & fast, courteous service. Food is always excellent! Highly recommend. We've been in with just two of us and parties up to 15, always receiving excellent care!
