The four of us went in for a late lunch. The waitress was sitting with customers at a table; as she walked by two times she said she’d be right back.
We waited, then waited some more; decided what we wanted, then waited some more. I asked the host, who was setting up a table for eight, if they were busy enough for us to have waited so long and not even to have put in a drink order. He said he’d tell her. We waited some more.
During all this time I saw her standing in the doorway area almost out of sight and moving from one side of the doorway to another. She was looking at her station with no compunction to come out.
We left.

Cracker Barrel is my favorite restaurant. I can have breakfast anytime of day. The menu options are plentiful and diverse. The staff is knowledgeable and precise. The atmosphere is very similar no matter what store I frequent.

Food was amazing! I was a bit puzzled because I ordered a slice of ham off the breakfast menu which stated it was served all day and the vegetable plate for my sides all off a limited menu and when the waitress went to place my order she stated the manager said it wasn’t available on that menu. Weird, but after asking what my other options were she came back and said they had it. Overall, have always loved this restaurant chain and the atmosphere. They were really busy so service wasn’t much.

Have been waiting 55 mins for 5 to go orders of chicken tenders and fries. People have come in been seated ,are, paid and left 30 mins ago.

I would like to thank my server Laken, she is always very nice and keeps up with refills and etc. the food is excellent. I come there at least 6 times a month. love my rewards to. 5 stars.

Always have a great meal and service. 5 stars to the store and staff. Thanks servers, cooks and crew. Excellent pot roast. So glad it's a full time item.

The food is good the service was good the only thing that was a nuisance was that did not have complimentary Wi-Fi and are cell phones had horrible service in the store for data so trying to Google and conversate was kind of sparse The kids complained because of their phone's not working but we told them this is how it was in the 90s get used to it lol I would give it 5 stars but no guest wi-fi
