I ordered a deluxe double Quarter pounder w/cheese i received a Quarter pounder was told they'd replace it if I came up there hmm I had door dash deliver it so I have no way to go there . So im just screwed . This mcds never gets my order right . Won't order from them again .

Seriously...I am worried about kids today. Look, how hard is it to order two sausage biscuits which accordimg to the menu is buy one get one for a dollar...ok now that we have that part established...stay with me now ok...then I added two more breakfast sandwhiches, sausauge egg and cheesw mcgriddle and an egg mcmuffin, for those sandwhuches I used a code that says buy a breakfast sand which and add one for a dollar....simple right....NO...what I did get is two young girls telling me no while one had a nice smile on their face in an attwmpt to idirectly say a customer is wrong...look...i get it they are kids but one lesson you should teach them us to be considerate to a cuatomer and imagine...just for one minute...that the customer is right and perhaps it is them who is making the mistake well that didnt happen and it aucks to start your day dealimg with someone elses stupidity.
Clean building, friendly staff and food on point but the staff needs to realize customers can hear your conversations. Both days we went for breakfast, every amount of yelling and heated rants about your feelings towards other employees was a little much for what I wanted to hear or enjoy that early.
Be an adult do you, but realize we come in to eat, not hear Tammy hating on Linda because she made you cleanup stuff or you think she’s on a power trip and wants you to work extra hours xyz…. It’s 7am, let me enjoy this delicious McMuffin and coffee, not your loud feelings heard from the back kitchen to my meal.

i absolutely LOVE the morning crew here but the night crew..? an absolute joke. i would not recommend eating here past 4pm whatsoever. the rudest, slowest, dirty looking people i’ve met. shoutout to Traci though, the best manager! hence why morning shift is way nicer, cleaner, and more efficient.
