We were not impressed at all. The service wasn't great and the food was horrible! We couldn't even eat the food. My husband got a cheese burger and fries and the fry oil made his fries taste awful. We told the waitress the food was bad. We didn't eat hardly anything off our plates. We told the waitress the food wasn't good. She didn't even bother to tell the manager. We were out $50 for food that made us sick within 15 minutes. Not to mention the lady in the kitchen wearing flip flops with food all over her feet! We will not be back!!!

The food was amazing and our waitress was the BEST!! The portions are enough for me to have 2 meals. The banana pudding was delicious as was everything else.

The food was amazing. Large portions! We came here from Arkansas and was welcomed and treated kindly! Gabriella was the best waitress I have experienced so far! She was so kind and even left us a nice message on our ticket! We will definitely be visiting y'all again when we come back to Kentucky! All around great place to eat! The food literally melts in your mouth cuz it is so good! We are leaving here with full bellies and a great appreciation for this restaurant! Y'all rock!!

Our first time there since it's opened. It was packed. Not unusual for a Friday evening and we took that as a good sign. Down side is it's a small building. As a newly opened restaurant, they were obviously training new staff but managed the service very well. Ambiance is ho-hum. Few decorations. Pretty small seating area especially for the volume of people. Mash all that together = Shiny new object in a small town. Food was great! Between all of us, we had Pork Tenderloin, Country Fried Steak, and a Catfish Po boy. No complaint on any of it. Sides were fine as well. The star is lost here: We had our grandson with us and they where out of mac and cheese and tater tots. Bias put me on his side. Thanks to a local DG, a crisis was averted. But if its on the menu, you expect it to be available.

I was going to order meatloaf & 2 sides which was on the front black board as you walk in. But when I did the server said that was for Sunday's special & no one had taken it down. This was Wednesday I was there. Anyway I ordered chicken fried sirloin steak & 2 sides. The steak knife was very dull & it took several attempts to cut the fried steak to eat. Thank goodness it was easier to chew than to cut! The mac & cheese & mashed potatoes were ok. Room temperature not hot. The server made a mistake on my bill but corrected it when I pointed it out. This was my 2nd time there. I plan on going to back 1 more time to try their smash burger.

Was out shopping, decided on trying to find a mom and pop restaurant to eat at. Try to stay away from the chains. This popped up in restaurants for Calvert city so we figured we would try it out. First impression was are they open? Second was do they serve food?Well... We went in to figure it out. We ordered the French dip and pan seared chicken breast. Both were good. The French dip"s au jus was the best. Wish I had more sandwich to go with it. Still thinking about it right now.? The people next to us had what looked like fried chicken breast and it looked like a very big portion. The atmosphere was kind of cafeteria-esque... But.. food was good, service was good, manager came out to check on us, if we were in the area again would definitely go back. Thank you.
