I went today and had a coupon that was mailed out. Unfortunately, the staff stated they couldn't accept the coupon. This has also happened at the one in Draffenville also. It's rather frustrating when you get coupons in the mail only to find out the store doesn't accept them.
I find this wasteful of postage. the staff did say they could accept the coupons on the app which doesn't work properly for ordering.

these subways are very disappointing. they don't accept coupons that are sent out in the mail. the suggest using the app to use the coupons. when I am standing there with a coupon in hand and someone suggest the app it is very much an inconvenience.
I just can't see standing there or doing an online order when I am perfectly able to communicate with the individual about a sandwich order. it really did make me rather disgruntled.

Horrible experience!! Ordered a footlong sandwich with chips and got all the way home to realize I received a six inch foot long and no chips. Do better!!

Your employees lack motivation and absolutely no customer service skills. Our group had special needs and not one single employee seemed to care to meet the needs of our traveling group. Would not recommend this one ever. The rude employees represent your restaurant, as a previous fast food manager I would've much rather worked alone then to have this reputation.

Store front doors locked and no visible employees in site. Current time 9:00pm. Several Truckers walked acrossed the street to by food and store has bright LED that shows open sign but front door is locked. As I walked away I saw employees peek from back.
Website states 10pm. I will make sure to tell other Truckers not to patronize this location.

I've always liked most of the subways I've been to. I drive a semi and there is a couple of places to park. The girls where nice and social and made my sandwich great! I would definitely recommend this place to stop in and grab some food.

Ally and Hayli are excellent customer service reps. Smiles for miles. Ally made an exceptional Veggie Delite. The store is super clean and the selection is fresh in appearance. One of the best guacamole presentations for freshness I’ve seen around North America. Well done ladies. Would absolutely return to this location across from Loves.Oh, and signed up for the app to earn points ?? and goodies. Thanks for help setting this up Ally ?

I have eaten here many times and I will say I would put this subway up against any subway in marshal and mckraken county combined the food is always delicious the presentation is fantastic and the workers are very friendly I promise if you eat here you will have the best eating experience in Calvert city?
