I have eaten here many times and I will say I would put this subway up against any subway in marshal and mckraken county combined the food is always delicious the presentation is fantastic and the workers are very friendly I promise if you eat here you will have the best eating experience in Calvert city?

Let me revive, this review, with a( WOW. ) Looking at the reviews back to a year, which is very fair , oh no fair is all of them , they have had problems with staff complaints from the begining .They knew and still know, they were having problems because they answered the 1 star reviews. Back after 1 year it is just as bad. Complaints about the staff and how rude they are, and about the food quality, its all there folks in B&W....... Want to be treated badly just go here. My Family will never be back to this location, I wonder if the owner reads Google reviews ?, if so , you really need to do something about your staff yelling at customers. I left my contact information when I called back but I guess your staff threw it away because i havent gotten a call from you. I see that you do read these reviews, that's great ,I have read other reviews and happy to hear you have video also. You can look at the video and tell me,( your customer ) what it was that I said or did to be treated the way I was . I was screamed at and told to leave the store because I asked for my pizza to be heated first and toppings added and heated again, and after you watch the video and see that I was not in the wrong ,I hope you will leave feedback so I can contact you directly. I do not want anything free from your shop. I want a good old fashion apology from the young girl that was yelling at me for no reason. We use to order from this location alot .The video you will need to be looking for : 12/31/2023 and somewhere in between 5:50 and 6:15 pmSorry for leaving after my order was finished but the girl totally destroyed any appetite after the way it was tossed around and thrown into the box . Noone would have eaten it the way it was when she was finished with it .I'm pretty sure you would not like being treated the way I was . I will pay the $4 plus what ever change it was . I have never asked for free things from any restaurant and not going to start with you . I appreciate your time on this matter . Everyone that is following this review..... Owner has made contact and said they will review the video. I will give them a couple days to do so, but nothing was said about contacting me back.Review is ongoing . We'll as expected,and this will be going on my Travel page reviewer to keep my fellow travelers in Good eateries.So Owner is just like the 90% of franchise owners , they don't care ... just bring in the cash and treat them as you will . So sorry to say this will be zero stars on the travel page and zero stars ? here. Owner really didn't care to hear what happen, just made excuses and that's the way it goes. Recommendation is Eat at one of the Mom and Pop eateries right down the road. Mama D' or 50's Cafe Patties 1880 settlement. These are not franchises!!!You have a choice for good food coming from people who care about how your treated and fed. Owner has went out of her way to send me an inappropriate text , this is very unprofessional as a business owner. I was told that I didn't know what the girl yelling at me was going through, and I agree I didn't but I also did not go to a physiotherapist office for dinner .

They close hours before the posted time. Employees are still in there, but doors are locked and no drive through service.they are staring at their phones even though customers are trying to open doors at 1.5 hours before they close.

1 word...... AWESOME!! I eat there probably 4 times a week and it's perfect every tim. And the ladies are so nice and will hook you up with a killer sammich! Very nice inside the store as well very clean!
I travel to different states and every time I stop at a subway I ask for the chicken pizziola and usually they say no. Well the lady in the counter knew what it was and made it! I am impressed and the sandwich was delicious..
By far the fastest subway I've ever been plus very very clean and I was there on June 23 23 I highly recommend you eat

The ratings are being manipulated by the employees or management. This is one of the worst Subways I have ever been to. Not only that apparently the ownership encourages the poor behavior. And I know for certain there is no video on the drive thru window. This gives them the opportunity to behave unprofessionally. No video evidence.

This is by far the best Subway in the area but the fact that they no longer accept coupons is a big bummer. Spent way more that I thought I was going to today because they don't accept coupons anymore. The one in Benton also doesn't accept coupons anymore. Why do they send out the coupons if no Subway around her accepts them. Probably won't be back at that price because $20 for 2 sandwiches is outrageous.
