This is an Express Chick-fil-a at the Campbellsville Christian College with a limited menu. Service was very fast and friendly. Food is as good as always.

I will never be able to say how much I love Chick fil-a, ever! Their service is top notch at whatever location I go to but I guess the Elizabethtown, KY store is my go-to because its the closest one to me & the one I visit the most often.If you're not aware, they have an app that you can order on & choose curbside pickup as your preferred method (verses drive thru or going in). Once I discovered this, I use it all the time & its so convenient! You will also score points each time you scan your app when ordering & this allows you the option to get free food or drinks on future orders.Their grilled chicken sandwich is amazing (with the honey bbq sauce) & recently I tried the cobb salad which was also fantastic! I don't think Chick fil-a could get it wrong if they tried :)I always get excited when I see a new Chick fil-a being built but unfortunately its not in my town at this time. Danville KY is getting a new one (at time of review the building is done on the outside - Nov 2023) and I'm excited that the Pigeon Forge area has a second location now!

This Chick-fil-A Express is anything but express. There is always a crazy wait for food and my order is consistently wrong. If you aren’t ordering fries and chicken it’s not going to be right. Today I subbed the fried chicken for the spicy grilled filet on my Cobb. That was correct. But they left off the egg and I hardly got any salad or chicken at all. This was after waiting 20 minutes. I am continually disappointed and don’t receive this service or food from any other Chick-fil-A location.

We went on 4 July itself there was a lot of line for customer service, and few people working, there was a car show activity, they would have prepared, too many people requesting food, the workers did everything possible to satisfy the customer, but it was impossible. Thank you guys for all the effort you made and work that day, you needed more help from the Owner.
