This was my very first time and my experience was not that good. Not knowing that I had to order every single condiment to put on a hamburger. So my double cheeseburger was just that, plane cheese and no condiments. When we were there the coke zero happened to be out as well.

The hamburgers are awesome. Onion rings were fresh & hot. Large variety of milkshake flavors.
My first visit to Cook Out was very nice. My order was taken by a very nice lady at the counter. I ordered a tray (their name for combo meal). It comes with two sides. My hamburger was delicious; although the hamburger was much smaller than the bun. My sides of crinkle fries and Cole slaw were both delicious. I was pleased with my first visit to Cook Out, so I will return.

Ordered 2 trays, didn't get a bag. That's it just a nitpick. Food is good.
Husband ordered burger with fries and slaw, then got a cup of chili. The cup is maybe 4 oz and it wasn't even filled up halfway and they charged $1.30 for only two bites of chili. His and his mom's slaw was in same size cup and it wasn't even halfway full either. Then he went and ordered us a shake and they only have one size and they charged $3.99 a piece for them. We definitely will not go back to Cook Out restaurant.

Messed up our order and forgot a couple items.. went up for a correction and the cashier said we didn't say we wanted onion rings. Well according to my receipt I ordered and paid for onion rings! Can't stand when someones excuse for messing up is to basically call you a liar. Will not return to this location ever again.
