I would have gave five stars but this is the second time I have been thru the drive thru only to get home and only getting a couple fries and to be missing food, or the food to be burnt to where you can’t even eat it.

Honestly cookout has went downhill lately and it's sad and I completely understand that it's fast food but it shouldn't ever be this out of pocket. Cookout non stop completely messes up my food anymore or it's always so sloppily made, I'm being generous here but McDonald's could do better. Chance after chance anymore and my order is always wrong let's say I won't stop again. Use to love the place now it's like there is no actual effort or genuine people there. Over the speaker someone is always screaming, being rude or at the window and let's not forget getting left to dry when I need a straw or a spoon at the window and god forbid I ask for sauce it's like it's a problem, you get payed to hand me food why not sauce to? Why am I a problem for ordering food when hungry? I was completely nice and you're rude? It's not all on the people we see because would you eat food that makes you sick to look at ? So why would I? This place went down hill quickly and whoever is over it needs to watch what's being put out as-well maybe there wouldn't be as many bad reviews. Let's not forget don't even try calling no one ever answers but as soon as you pull up after your food is messed up they are all so nice and caring it's pathetic, I shouldn't have to come back over somthing that could have been prevented in the first place.

Went for lunch ordered two trays the grilled chicken was raw took it back to store the employee that waited on me which took a bit to get recognized made me show him the sandwich they only replaced the sandwich so my hushpuppies and fries were cold not the best experience might not be back for

The portions here are very small. Ordered a double cheese burger and barely got half a patty. Not good.

Wish I could've given 0 stars but that's not an option my experience here was not what it was made out by other people to be like. The names of the employee is on the bottom on your receipt and my order was taken by Jessie who I'd assume to be the woman I was met with in the window. First when I pulled up she yelled "can I take your order" and in the middle of me ordering she kept interrupting me asking "what else" in an incredibly rude way. When I got to the window I was met with a woman who had terrible personal hygiene her teeth were rotted and you get hit with a god awful smell she she handed me my money back our hands touched and the smell was coming from her because I rubbed my face and caught a whiff of it. She was to busy gossiping instead of giving me my order that was handed to her and then she opened the window and practically shoved the 6 trays and a bag in my face all at once and then slammed the window shut and stood there with her back towards me while I looked through my order and when something was wrong I politely tapped on the window because she still had her back towards me she slammed the window open and said "what do you need" when I told her what was wrong she didn't shut the window all the way and I heard her talking to I assumed the kitchen about it and called me a " ignorant person" " needy" " rude" witch I didn't think I was because I was nothing but nice to her. I definitely will NOT be back until something is done
