Food is always good, but they always seem to be out of bananas for some reason. Anyway, on Monday we stood in line for 30 minutes. There were three people in the back and nobody was at the counter. I will not blame the people working but the management has got to do something about the wait! Someone in line told us they had been there for an hour waiting for ice cream! The line was wrapped outside and I guess they prioritized that instead of the dining area. Close the dining room if you don’t have enough people working, we’re hungry too. :/

I DoorDash and everytime I come to DQ I wait 15 minutes. When I ask to make sure certain items marked as missing to be included or double checked I’m met with sass

I thank it is absolutely ridiculous to charge 87 cents for a bbq sauce it may be a poor person problem but it’s not exactly a fine dining experience and if the food was actually decent you wouldn’t need the bbq sauce

Napkins are never by the drink machines for some reason which is really odd and they never make the food correct or have the order right. Everytime I order something from there my sandwich or something will be missing a piece of toast or onion rings or a whole large fry. Weird place.

Food service was slow, food was good and they took care of the window faster than the inside diner's

This place is in desperate need of adult supervision.

As of September 2024 you should avoid this location at all costs! Ordered a single frosty a few weeks ago and took 35 minutes, then I gave them a second chance a week later ordered food, and waited for 50 minutes before they told me they didn’t even have any of that food left. Every worker in there seemed like they either didn’t know what to do, or was moving as slowly as possible with dead eyes. Nobody was at the front register except maybe two minutes of the full 50 I was waiting. It was absolutely The worst service I’ve ever seen in a fast food restaurant. And the prices are ridiculously high to the point where they can do better, and they can hire more people.

Food was great the staff was super friendly! It took a long time to get our food after ordering unfortunately and they were out of so much stuff which was kinda sucky, but all and all it was a great visit! It's definitely not the employees fault for being out of items!!!
