Food service was slow, food was good and they took care of the window faster than the inside diner's

This place is in desperate need of adult supervision.

As of September 2024 you should avoid this location at all costs! Ordered a single frosty a few weeks ago and took 35 minutes, then I gave them a second chance a week later ordered food, and waited for 50 minutes before they told me they didn’t even have any of that food left. Every worker in there seemed like they either didn’t know what to do, or was moving as slowly as possible with dead eyes. Nobody was at the front register except maybe two minutes of the full 50 I was waiting. It was absolutely The worst service I’ve ever seen in a fast food restaurant. And the prices are ridiculously high to the point where they can do better, and they can hire more people.

Food was great the staff was super friendly! It took a long time to get our food after ordering unfortunately and they were out of so much stuff which was kinda sucky, but all and all it was a great visit! It's definitely not the employees fault for being out of items!!!

I go to Dairy Queen at least twice a week. I have never had the worst service as I did today I ordered a chicken box and a banana split. I was told I needed to pull ahead because they had no chicken ready and was immediately handed my banana split. Why in the in the world would you give ice cream before the food was ready especially in a drive-through window in 90° weather. I told the woman in the window that I wanted her to give me my ice cream when my chicken was done. I was given the worst attitude, told that I had to take the ice cream that I was given, which was already starting to melt. When I was actually able to leave with my food I had a bowl of fruit soup that I was forced to take because she refused to remake it. I will no longer be going to Dairy Queen in Campbellsville. Dairy Queen needs to hire more adults with common sense. You don’t hand a customer an ice cream part of their meal if the food is not even done! Worst customer service ever!!!!

Worse Dairy Queen is Kentucky. Went in to order a chocolate soft serve cone dipped in chocolate. We were told to have a seat and they would bring it out. It was supposed to be carry out. Finally had to go get our cones and they had sat there so long they were melting. My chocolate cone was vanilla and when I questioned the worker about it not being chocolate she informed me that they did not have chocolate. Since when!!! I do not like vanilla at all. Then 5 minutes later a gentleman came in and ordered chocolate. Really??? The worker was extremely rude and too darn lazy to make my correct order.

Tried to door dash and y'all decided to close early and by the time I got them to give my money back everything else in town was closed. Thank for not caring about any of your customers. Do better or give it up

Foods good but workers are rude. Bought a cake and asked them to write happy birthday on it and they said ok. 20 mins later they replied well until we don’t have anyone else in line your my last priority. Thanks for wasting our time next time baskin robbins.
