First off food was prepared Wrong was not made as I asked it to be. Secondly could not give me the promotions that I got online after they had already refunded me all my money for no reason. Secondly, they ran my card three times even with my spouse’s permission still does not make it right because he thought that the management that was on team that night knew what they were doing, but it shows that they didn’t. That the competence of said manager was not accurate because all that needed to be done was an up charge for our dessert instead of refunding us the entire bill and then charging for the entire bill again when in reality what needed to be done was a up charge of what was needed Now, when I call in to talk to said manager on shift today, I get backlash of rudeness because I use the word incompetent, which is what the manager that night was and get hung up on so I called back to therefore try to understand why I was hung up on when I was getting feedback to the manager on shift so that they can give feedback to their employees to better train them on situations like this so they Do not happen again, but what happens the owner picks up and guess who the owner is the owner is the father to the manager that I was just speaking so instead of being business orientated he was emotionally invested in the situation because I used the word incompetent so I’m assuming because I’m not sure that maybe his daughter was the one that worked last night instead of putting emotions to the side and handling the situation as it should’ve been I got ringed and yelled at and belittled not spoken to and then hung up on when I try to speak to him, so therefore I give this place a one star all the way around, which is really sad because I prefer Domino’s over most places in Campbellsville, but now that the business side of Domino’s sucks cause that’s the most polite word I can use at this moment. I will not be going back and they will be losing my business and hopefully before you order you’ve read this entire review because one food was not done properly two The service was very poor three management here needs to be retrained on how to handle any type of conflict because no the customer is not always right but you should definitely listen to what the customer has to say even if you don’t agree with it because no where did I swear nowhere was I rude hell even my 10-year-old daughter who was in another room came up to me and told me mommy. They are very rude so if a 10-year-old can call out your actions. I hope corporate can handle you. Cause guarantee I’ve already contacted corporate and waiting for response.

Yes my husband placed in order for just parm bites. When we arrived at the drive thru window he was given them plus two pizzas we didnt order. When i foreced him to bring them back he was told it was a canceled order. You cant just give out pizzas like that people have allergies and i happen to be deathly allergic to mushrooms which was on both pizzas.

I ordered 2 pizzas. I picked up 2 pizzas but one of them was wrong. I called the store to advise them. I would be returning to get their proper pizza when I arrived at the store. They tell me they’re cooking it.. I’m on lunch break mind you. So because of their inability to make the proper pizza I didn’t get to eat any lunch today. Not to mention, the manager was pretty sarcastic and didn’t seem to want to take responsibility. Never ever darken the door of that Domino’s again

This dominos is great!! The workers are professional, kind, respectful and they always have a smile on their face. Every time we have ordered, the food has been hot, delicious and delivered in a timely manner. I also noticed when I picked up our order on a couple occasions the restaurant was very clean and the owner was very polite and helpful. I will continue to always eat here, they beat any other place here in Campbellsville. Thank you Dominos!!

I order pizza 1 a week to take for lunch at work. The past 3 weeks in a row they have messed up my order! This is completely unacceptable! I understand mistakes happen but 3 weeks in a row is a bit ridiculous! I've heard every excuse possible as to why this happened. It's simple stop talking and pay attention to your orders. This place is becoming the worst place in town to get pizza! I won't be doing anymore business here till they get their heads out of their ass!!!!

left food on the wet porch where there was clearly CAUTION TAPE UP came back home 10 minutes later to a wet soggy pizza box and semi wet stuffed bread box, which wasn’t a problem i can deal with a little wet dough/bread. But i paid over 3 dollars for 4 sauces that i didn’t get, and this seems to be a problem EVERYTIME when i order either i pay almost 5 dollars and never get my sauce or i pay 5 dollars and get one sauce. can you please do better and have ur employees pay attention to the orders. cuz no other store has given me this problem. inflation is real bruh don’t play with my money like that
