NEVER in my life have I had this bad of a Dunkin experience. Waited in line 20-30 minutes just for my hash browns to be cold and to discover they left a piece of paper in my damn sandwich after taking a bite of it! At least the drinks were ok but everything else was shit!

I should know better but i still go here. Three burnt bagels that i cant even bite into later! Mgr blamed it on morning shift! Well, you should make fresh NOT BURNT ones and throw the others out. So much for trying to make a fast stop! Wasted money and excuses! The first two were black!

well, me and my friend decided to go to Dunkin to get a few warm toasty items as it’s cold when we went in we walked to the bathroom and unfortunately there were soap on the floor so we went and we told the manager the manager looked at us like we had done it when we had only just walked in when she was finished we went to go use the restroom. My friend happened to be fixing her lashes in the mirror while she came in behind us and open the door, then asked us if we didn’t know what a lock was then proceeded to tell us, this was not a TikTok studio, and we are not to make TikTok in the bathroom. None of us were making TikTok. We were only fixing our lashes and the disrespect was utterly in completely. Inappropriate

When they run out of a item you order through the app they just let you drive away without it and never mention it to you. Once you go inside they will have a attitude about not having it like you were supposed to know. Happened 4 times to me since pumpkin donuts have came out this year.They wrong for this. They not cool for this.

Waiting in the drive through for 15 min then another five to get to the windows. Sat at the windows for a few minutes while half the crew inside is standing around talking. Drove off and went to Tuscan Hills. Better coffee anyway. Won't be back to this Dunkin again they have lost my business.

Indian woman taking order on drive thru doesn’t listen to your order try’s to change it then when you correct her she gets an attitude and is extremely rude happens every time dealing with her every one else is ok

Dunkin’ is my spirit animal. The iced coffee slapped harder than Monday morning, and the breakfast sandwich was so fresh it practically introduced itself. Fast, friendly, and caffeinated. Just like I pretend to be.

I go to Dunkin on a daily, and always get a large iced coca mocha signature. Any other Dunkin’s makes it great, dark brown color. But this Dunkin’s seems greedy with their mocha or something. It taste like watered down milk. The color looks like a very light vanilla coffee. They never make it right here. And anytime I order something to eat, it’s always cold. I ordered my son a chocolate donut and it had little hairs all over it.
