Food is great... when you get it. Ordered today and yet again somehow they misplaced a dozen donuts. Help me to understand just how you do that? This isn't the first time and they disconnect their phone so you can't resolve the issue until you go up there to complain.

Here in the last, I’d say three or four months me and my wife used to shop there and order food a lot in the past. However, these last few months since they hired all these young people, the food you’re lucky if your order is right or not burnt. Also, you’re lucky if your drinks right it’s really went down to the bottom of the tier pole for breakfast in Campbellsville

Simple order, ask for 4 jelly filled donuts, and coffee, coffee burnt up and old, they shorted my order by 2 donuts, good thing the donuts 🍩 were old and tough.never stop again, they did a good job getting money off my debit card tho.

Almost every time I go to order a refresher with lemonade, I am constantly sending it back due to them putting green tea in it. I also walked in one day to every employee ignoring me. I watched as a worker saw me walk in and let me stand at the register for 3 mins. The same happened in the drive through, I waited for almost 5 mins for someone to take my order.
Staff is incredibly rude and short. Everytime I come here, it seems as if everyone hates their job. Not interested in being a patron to this business anymore.

Disgusting! Ended up getting an iced coffee today and found a fly in my drink!! Being pregnant I’m very cautious and I found this! This place needs to be cleaned asap. I won’t be going back.
