The food was good. The order was correct. However, the person behind the cash register gave my food to the person who ordered their meal after me. There is an order number on the receipt for a reason. Mistakes like that do not have to be made all they have to do is check the number on the receipt. I understand mistakes but I don't understand why it took 30 minutes to admit you made a mistake and reorder the food while I'm sitting there waiting watching several other people after me receive their food. I had to ask twice before my food was reordered. And the man who accidentally got my food came back and tried to tell them and the person at the cash register still didn't reorder my meals. A person at the cash register clearly needs to be retrained or given a different job other than running the cash register. I saw at least four other employees but no one seemed to be f i l l i n g the orders but that 1 o n e employee. So that person either needs another person working with the individual training them or they need to put that person in another position in the building doing something else. You should not have to watch five other customers walk by you with their food and you should not have to ask repeatedly to please check on my order.
After the Covid Lee’s improved. I hate they took away the buffet but the food ? is good. The customer service most times is good. I almost went elsewhere to eat, when first I tried to order on DoorDash and they tried to get almost double for the food you pay less for at the store. I think they need to rethink DoorDash delivery otherwise it’s good.

Much better with new ownership, ate there yesterday, chicken, mashed potatoes, green beans, coleslaw, was excellent, the drive through was much quicker, the staff was very friendly, as a disabled veteran senior I received a discount without asking, I liked the last owners but I gave this place a 5 star instead of the usually 3 rating, only problem was out of honey, at my age I guess my honey days are over anyways. PS try the fried apple pies, very good.

I think they had to pluck the chicken. It took about forty five minutes to get chicken strip meals. It was good and fresh once we finally got it.
Horrible experience waited over 30 mins for my food and what I got was old and cold. Manager was also extremely rude to other customers while I was there.
