The evening crew has gone South real quick lately. We will never order from them again. My daughter gets a fruit cup with her kids pizza. Tonight, the strawberry bite was rotting brown. I open my salad, not only was it wilted, brown and slimy too. Slop that would send anyone to the ER. Not acceptable.

The food is always delicious and fresh when we’ve eaten here! Today I ordered the wrong salad by mistake and the manager fixed it for me with the one I meant to order. She didn’t have to do that but it was greatly appreciated.

I buy the tea pass every month. Everyone out there knows me (the guy in the black car with the loud music). I literally go to the drive thru everyday. A few days ago I ordered an extra lemonade for my mom. I asked the woman at the drive-thru to please put the drinks in one of those bags that holds two drinks. She immediately rolled her eyes at me like I asked her to perform some type of miracle. I thought it was hilarious actually, but my mom did not see anything funny about it. To the young lady at the window...I apologize for asking you to do something that literally took you 5 seconds to do. I'm sure you had much more important things going on besides helping me for a few seconds. This was the one and only time anyone there was rude to me.

Amazing food soooo good so delicious workers are very friendly a lady from the place accidentally put a tomato on my sandwich and she asked again and again to take it out sooo good ??

$33 for 2 sandwiches, 2 drinks, snack size bags of chips- rueben was barely warm, no sauerkraut no 1000 island dressing, so not actually a rueben. We wouldn’t go back.

The food was so good; and the portion/price ratio is a great value. The service was very friendly; and that added to the lightness and comfort of the atmosphere.

Parking: Roughly 20 spaces in front and beside location.

Kid-friendliness: The Kid's menu looked very tasty; and the general atmosphere is one that families can enjoy.

We've eaten their take-out a few times before and everything has been okay. This time, ordered a Reuben online (with 1 side soup and pickle included) and an additional side of potato salad was also ordered. All items appeared correct on order. Got home and no Reuben, instead some kind of spicy chicken (or turkey), no pickle and got charged for both sides. Three errors on one order...stupid.

Delicious food, and attentive staff inquiring if anything was needed , from napkins to refills. . Asst manager Angie was friendly and professional in handling the front of the restaurant. I had never been to McAllisters before but now I am glad I checked it out

I walked out of this restaurant, because when I was making my order (the New Yorker) the employee felt it was ok or necessary to to make a derogatory italian new york accent which I found to be Offensive. With me being in italian american from new york. Then when I asked a question about the menu she continued to be rude and disrespect. Now I don't normally get offend but with this employee being of another culture background ( African american) if would have made the same kind of Cultural accent I'm sure things would have gotten out of control and been labeled a racist which I am not. My point is that I should have e been treated with the same respect she asks for.I will say that when I called and asked for the manager she was very understanding and I believe she will Handel it accordingly.And for anyone who reads this and thinks I should just get over it. Remember we all deserve the same respect no matter where you come from or what Race you are

Ordered a vegie potato, no cheese sauce, and side salad this evening using their app. Potato was huge, looked great, tasted excellent. Noticed 3 staff members out back smoking near the back door when pulling around, when I pulled up to the window, I saw no staff in front, my immediate thoughts, uh oh, going to have to wait but; I was pleasantly surprised to have a young lady come to the window, gave Great service and turn that uh oh into a great experience. I will be back here while I am in town.
