Got the $2 personal pans which I know they probably made 100 of them a day but they were obviously made in a hurry, toppings scantily thrown on and sauce barely on half the pizza. It tasted ok but definitely could have been better made. Guess you get what you pay for huh? Lol

These idiots now deliver without informing the buyer through the totally incompetent DoorDash. The delivery did not have part of the order. I called the store, and as soon as they heard the delivery, they started yelling that I had to deal with DoorDash, not them! I did not order anything through DoorDash; they are the worst. I am done with Pizza Hut.

Paid for extra cheese just so we could get a normal amount of it and it had so little cheese that you could see the crust in numerous spots and it was so crispy due to the lack of cheese that it our mouths were sore after eating. For an extra $2 per pizza it should be swimming in cheese. Sickening and disappointing that you can’t get what you pay for anymore.

Why do I even continue to give this place a chance…. Pizza Hut is the best pizza. Period. It does cost more than other places. I don’t have a problem paying it when it’s good. However, I just paid $50 for 4 pizzas. Terrible doesn’t even begin to accurately describe the quality. The pepperoni lovers wouldn’t even pass for a single topping pepperoni. The cheese pizza was burnt. I could go on. I’m writing this as I am sitting in Little Ceasers drive through to get new pizza. It’s sad that a hot and not so ready is much better than any pizza you can get here. Please for the love of god someone get this place in order.
Just had the worst restaurant experience of my life so I just wanted to thank your company for that. I spent a half an hour just waiting for someone to come to the window, the food was wrong, and they acted like it was my fault when I wanted them to make things right. They gave me the choice of the food or a refund when it should have been a more satisfactory solution. Your employees clearly do not care, as I took the food and it's the worst pizza I have ever tasted. When I was complaining about the customer service I was threatened to be trespassed from the property. So no worries, I won't be back. I will be telling everyone about this experience. My town was better off without a pizza hut. I've been loyal since the 90s but from now on I'll be eating at and supporting dominos. They out pizza the hut it seems

I doordash and Every time I come here I see the same man sitting in the corner of the dining room playing on his phone, when i asked the young lady who he was she replied with "hes our store manager." I feel bad for this crew you can feel stress in the atmosphere during the day when he's there mostly seems like one person works while he plays on his phone. However I been doing some dinner dashes and you can instantly see the difference, the night manager is a lady and the whole crew works together. You here laughter and the food quality shows. Seems like the store manager doesn't deserve to run this store. I've never seen him do a single thing but sit.
