We had a pizza delivered recently and it had full on teeth marks of a bite taken out, it makes me so sad cause normally they’re so delicious and well made, who ever did this needs to find another job not food related.

We love Pizza Hut but we had the worst experience tonight. I ordered one pizza with my rewards points and 2 orders of wings for carry out. My husband went to pick him up once the tracker said it was ready. And when he got there, they called to tell me that they didn't have boneless wings. Then they just all the sudden found boneless wings. And then they didn't know what pizza we had ordered?? He has been there for 45 minutes and we only live 3 minutes away. This is a crazy experience and very dissappointing. We should not have had to pay amd should still have our reward points.

The food was great but they had one lady in there who was working completely by herself. When I asked how long she’d been having to do that she said she’d been working the place completely by herself for two days. That is unacceptable. If you do not have staff, close down or pay people more so that they can afford to work for you!

The employee Dalton working there is not a very friendly guy, last time they couldn't deliver my pizza because of no drivers, they gave me a discount, this time the Dalton guy I asked for a discount because they are making us go pick it up, and he was so rude about it, I mean there is a reason why we ask for delivery. But the food is good ?

Worst Pizza Hut ever. They took my money . When the order was worng they didn't want to give me my money back. I had to threaten calling the police to the store to get it back.Will never go back to this one again.

I placed an order for delivery at 1:45pm. I call at 2:30pm and am told that they have someone on the way to deliver my food.i call again at 3:10pm and I'm told that they have no drivers. They had my number for the order and couldn't even call to say they couldn't deliver the food. Very unprofessional and all they offer for the trouble is to cancel the order. They need to get new management and run like the one in Columbia.
