Orded a double rally CHEESE burger w/ No Pickle & a Chili Cheese Dog w/ Onions..Got food out to eat while driving & My Burger WASN'T A DOUBLE like I ordered...It DIDN'T of ANY CHEESE on it, they put nacho cheese on the chili dog for some reason instead of shredded cheese..It was a total mess trying to eat that & drive...Was very disappointed to say the least...

Will not be back at our ralleys. The people are RUDE!!!! Even if you get chicken bites you have to pay for BBQ sauce. I knew we should have went to burger King or mcdonalds. They never charge for sauce. Fries are always cold. We usually come at least 2 to 3 times a week NO MORE!!!!!

Ordered a number 2 smoky BBQ bacon Beaufort, that's not what we got. Asked for ketchup and the packets were disgusting and had old ketchup all over them and were stuck together. They told us our order number was 100 but announced 001 and looked at us like we were stupid when I inquired if that was our order. The food was alright and they were nice for the most part, just either clueless or indifferent in regards to the overall customer experience.
