Absolutely ridiculous the amount of time I ALWAYS have to wait. Din in or carry out doesn’t matter!!! And you can forget calling ahead to try and make it quicker no one answers the phone!!!

Stopped by during lunch hours and noticed what looked to be college students ordering sandwiches for their entire team. An order which probably should have been called in prior so that the team at Subway could get ahead of this before lunch. This of course caused some customers who had been waiting longer than I have to get upset and ultimately walk out. To those people, this wasn't the team at Subway's fault, being in service they wouldn't say no to any order. I also doubt the college students knew to call this order in ahead of time if they aren't from around here. I waited maybe at most 10 minutes, the Store Manager/Owner acknowledged that, came over to apologize and said they were going to cover my lunch today. I was fine with waiting and would still have paid for my lunch. I've worked in retail the past 10+ years so I understand what it is like to be in a tough situation like that. I am sure he would have covered the other customers meals for their wait as well. This location has been the best Subway I've ordered from, that's including the time I spent living in Louisville and Indiana. Their food is always fresh and staff are focused and welcoming. Thank you again for the free meal and I hope this review helps out!

I love this oakce best subway ! They're respectful friendly fast and delicious! Don't go no other subway I love this place and the friendly fast friendly price is different every time for some reason.

Oh my so glad I looked for another subway in Campbellsville. They are so much better at managing the business. We were so happy to be able to order whatever we wanted and not told they were out of 5 or so items. We ended up staying to eat and it was nice. Best Subway in town.
