Just tried to order doordash from here they tell the first dasher they cant make a churro and to tell us to cancel the order we tell them not to even worry about it cause its just 2 dollars and something then they cant do that so a 2 doordash driver goes to oick it up cause it wont let me cancel it for how much i actually spent so im trying to get ahold of support then the 2nd dasher says they say its they cant make the sandwiches, i honestly just wanted my sandwiches now waiting 5-7 business days fir my money back because subway couldnt even make a sub sandwich?

Ordered 2 subs at 4:40pm on the app. Both my email confirmation and the app said the order will be ready at 5:00 pm. I showed up at 5:05, and the order wasn't even started. Along with getting laughed at in my face saying that my order hadn't even been started. I was told I could come back in 30 min or get in line with people coming in and wait. Ummm, I already ordered,so I don't need to stand in line to order again. Finally at 6:00 pm we get the order. I attempted countless times to call the next day and speak with a manager. However, they don't or wouldn't answer any calls. I filed a complaint with customer service through Subway. Only to receive an email from someone claiming to be said manager of this store basically blaming me for the whole thing. Stating that it wasn't her or her store's fault that my experience was less than satisfactory!

We had placed an online order at 12:15 and it stated it would be ready by 12:30. We walked in around 12:22 and waited until our food was ready. We waited til 12:40 and I asked the worker if our food was almost ready because it said it was ready on the app. She claimed it was almost done and I sat back down. 12:48 rolled around and our food was still not done and when the other worker asked if we had ordered something and we told them we had an online order he started to work on it, and they rushed it through and didn’t thaw out my meatball sandwich and it was cold when they gave it to me. I am not happy with my experience.

I was there waiting for a mobile order earlier today, they were pretty busy, with only 2 people working.( a guy with tattoos, and a younger blonde woman) A lady who was there also waiting for a mobile order was pretty darn rude about having to wait, and even said she’d ’never be coming back’ and to be honest, if I was the employee I would have snapped at her. It was obvious that they were very busy, but they kept their cool and were completely professional, and did their best to serve everyone.
Figured I’d leave the review for them, so they get appreciated for their professionalism and hard work.
Don’t let the Karen’s get you down :D

Seems to have new employees every visit.
For just under a year the food prep before wrap the sandwich up to go.
Has gone from meticulous and properly wrapped.
Unlike now where it is very sloppy and uneven when unwrapping it at home.

This trip was a bit disappointing they only had white and wheat bread and was extremely flaky and hard. Ingredients were good along with drinks.

Vegetarian options: I eat meat. So I'm not sure, I skip over it. Sorry I don't have that much info.

Parking: There are quite a few parking options as it's in a small "strip mall" O'Reilly auto parts, Subway, Nail Salon, A property management company, Family Dollar with Dollar Tree in same store, Rusty River Clothing, McDonald's.

Wheelchair accessibility: The parking lot is even either the entrances, all doors open wide enough to even get a scooter/power chair, large/wide wheel chairs.

$12 for a salad that was pitiful. A sandwich has more on it than a salad you get. Next time order a sandwich. Trash the bread.

They burnt my sandwich, slopped it together and were filled with attitude. They were talking about how it’s “too early” to close the doors even thought they didn’t close for another 2 hours. They were complaining about how many customers were in there in front of all of us customers.
