This is some of the worst “new management” I have ever seen everytime I️ order food I️ sit in the line for 30+ minutes no matter how big the line is , Althought my food is usually warm other times my order is wrong . I️ have even had friends late for work due to them sitting in the line for well over a hour.

3 soft tacos had barely any beef and cheese and paid $5.37 the guy in drive thru said inflation. I say still give me more meat I'm paying for it. I don't recommend this taco bell in campbellsville you will be wasting your

FOOD WAS TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!! EVEN MY CAT DAVE WOULDNT EAT THIS NASTY BEAN TOCO. the workers were super weird and kept talking dirty to each other RIGHT INFRONT OF ME and always on their phones. Waited 30 mins for my order and still got it wrong because they were in the bathroom smoking and fought it on fire !!!!!!!!!!!! My cat ended up throwing up on tommy (my ex husband) because of that nasty gross bean toco

I was like are you kidding me you dont gave chicken quesadillas on your menu at the taco bell in campbellsville ky where I was just at 25 minutes ago and ordered food

i enjoy taco bell but one thing i don't like is sometimes the food isn't fresh. that's always the problem with any restaurant, is food not being fresh! if people are paying their hard earned money to enjoy a meal, at least let it be hot and don't serve stale taco shells. i love the doritos locos but they're normally stale when i get them. those nacho fries though, keep them on the menu and stop taking them off!! love those things. i've never had anything bad to say about their service, i usually get nice people there.

Not sure under new management changes the pace of workers. No matter the time I visit slow service and if you happen to go in the the store workers have open conversations abut what I would consider not appropriate conversions. As well as dropping F bombs with customer within earshot. And for a place the take so long order is never right.I don't know why no lettuce translates to extra lettuce?
