The soda machine was out of coke and sprite and ice bathrooms where nasty. But the staff behind counter was very nice and friendly.

We made an online order around 4:30Pm and arrived at 4:37pm. We waited in line for over Thirty Damn Minutes, and as we got up to the speaker, they didn't respond for ten minutes. After a while they finally said, "How may I help you?" And we finally told them and when we get to the window they said "We're all out of Chili I'm sorry!! Would like potatoes instead?" And my friend was pretty upset and said sure, they said pull to the second window where the employees and Manager were goofing off near the window. Another man inside wasn't wearing a beard net or a hair net, not even proper uniform. We got our food around 5:40pm. They gave us chili.. which the girl said they were out. The good was alright but waiting a whole hour for an order is so much. Won't be going again, rather go to Hardee's.

Worst experience ever. It takes FOREVER for them to do a simple order. I’m not talking about one bad experience, it is every time for months now that they completely mess up orders and make you wait forever for them.
It is quicker to drive to the Wendys in Columbia and order there. Their staff and food is 10x better than this one anyway.

The employees walk the streets wearing their uniforms and aprons. That seems very unsanitary, how is cross contamination controlled if they are not wearing clean aprons?
Dirty kitchen, dirty dining area. Employees cussing. Lack of discipline. Employees eating on the line. May not be back.

When a disabled lady came in he help her to a sear and delivered her drink for her. William showed a wonderful spirit and he needs to be recognized for super customer service! Brenda Elam
