“This is my second post since Thursday. We were traveling back to Paducah from Lexington and stopped again at Beasley’s Parkway Restaurant and once again I have to brag about the food and service! I had the Rueben, do you know how hard it is to get a good Ruben? Well try the one at Beasley’s! Tender, not dry perfect sauce, just amazing!!! My husband had the chicken strips and also raved about the taste and how tender they were. We had a couple friends join us because they wanted to see if the food was as good as we said, well they are hooked also! Serena was wonderful and so was her husband. Our friend Jo from our first visit came out from the kitchen to say hi, which was so nice. You were right about the Ruben, Jo. Many, many thank you’s to the chef, you can cook anything and it is perfect! Wish we lived closer but we will be back in March!!”
