El Jacalito Mexican restaurant

Server was rude and not friendly at all. Food was fine but the service was terrible.

Fast, friendly service. The food is good, with large portions!

Very poor service(we were the only 2 there) fajita meat was the smallest pieces I've ever seen-hadvto hunt to find them. Taco salad was full of liquid coming out of the shell, looked really nasty. Have eaten here before &was much better. Today was AWFUL!

Best Mexican food. I’ll say this is better than what you can get in lexington. Meat has flavor and portion size with price is good.

Lots of food reasonable price the fried ice cream was so delicious! Very clean. Chips and salsa was very tasty.

I only gave the atmosphere 4 stars because there wasn't any music playing. Not a deal breaker at all. The food was wonderful!

Absolutely love the food!! Personally I'd say it's the best restaurant in Carlisle, me and my boyfriend love eating in or just picking up food to go home and no matter the case food can never be beat. Service is great and I love the atmosphere, sometimes it can be a little hard to understand but that just comes with the authenticity of the place I believe. Anyways y'all should definitely eat here if your ever in town✊?✊?

Passing through area and stopped here for dinner.Giant portions, everything was fresh, and prices were unbeatable even with drinks. Our youngest is super picky and was saying El Jacolito is better than our go-to place at home.If we come back to this area we’ll stop in again.
