I went through the drive thru. I noticed after I got on the highway that there was an extremely long hair on one of my nuggets (which clearly wasn't mine). I did not have time to go back but I will never go to this location again when I am in Carrollton, KY.

We ordered a couple of Famous Bowls. The 5 pieces of chicken on top were old and rubbery on both bowls. We waited nearly 15 minutes for our food. We expected fresh food due to the wait. We were sadly mistaken. Sadly, this KFC location is the first one we've ever been to in Kentucky. The KFC in Pueblo, CO was shockingly better than this particular location. We will return to KFC in the future, but never again to this particular location.
Food was delicious but place inside including bathrooms a little dirty. Didn't stay to eat inside took it to go.

Order was supposed to be ready at 12:04. Was just told at 12:12 they are just now frying the chicken and it will be at least 7 minutes. This means it will be about 30 minutes from the time the order was placed until it is ready! I am sitting in an almost empty restaurant watching 5 people stand around behind the counter
