Did not have enough chicken to make two sandwiches and was told the second sandwich would take an extra ten minutes so I ordered the strips instead and still waited ten minutes with only one other person in line.
The Pepsi tasted like cleaner.

slow service with noone in the store eating, stand at counter and not acknowledged, Back in the Larry Mason days, this was the best KFC you could visit.

The crew here is just lazy, fat and doesn't care about customers. The food was cold and the drink was incorrect. They had an attitude the moment we arrived, we had to file a dispute with our credit card company because the lazy manager (who was not dressed correctly nor looked clean) refused a refund.

Tables were filthy , garbages beyond full. Lady that worked there looked filthy. Did not have any customers and still filthy! Absolutely no excuses for filthiness and no customers
