Tables were filthy , garbages beyond full. Lady that worked there looked filthy. Did not have any customers and still filthy! Absolutely no excuses for filthiness and no customers

We ordered a couple of Famous Bowls. The 5 pieces of chicken on top were old and rubbery on both bowls. We waited nearly 15 minutes for our food. We expected fresh food due to the wait. We were sadly mistaken. Sadly, this KFC location is the first one we've ever been to in Kentucky. The KFC in Pueblo, CO was shockingly better than this particular location. We will return to KFC in the future, but never again to this particular location.

The line moves super quick, with excellent customer service, and the food looks and tastes like a KFC should. Restaurant commercials are a "bait & switch" tool, but the KFC in Carrollton delivers every time.
