I am utterly devastated by the unprofessionalism from this bakery! It took me a week of trying every day to order graduation cakes for my daughter’s celebration. Finally I had my order taken from someone who didn’t even work in the bakery, because they never have any staff to do it. Later I called twice, to confirm my order and make sure there were no problems. I called again today, and was told nothing I ordered was available. No one called me! This is literally the day before the party, and I was told my order would not work out. I cannot get this day back! It was completely sabotaged by the lack of courtesy, and unprofessionalism. If you do not have enough staff, then you shouldn’t be running a bakery. It needs to be shut down until it can be ran properly. I have been buying my cakes here for 15 years, and I will never be back!!!!

I called today to order a birthday cake for my son. The person who answered my call informed me she was not taking orders because she was going on vacation. Great for her! Bad for me!! I cannot believe a chain store like Kroger hires only one person who can bake a cake and decorate it. Also, you can have a full cart of groceries and have to wait forever to check out because only one line is open. I'm sure these issues will be blamed on Covid. Not true, this happened before the pandemic. Please hire more employees or give your current ones more time. I can remember a time when I went Krogering neither one of these were an issue.

I'm guessing the last person to leave a 5 star worked there becuse I leave reviews for kroger all The time. This is the dirtiest Unstacked kroger I've been into and I've seen some bad ones in the ghetto of Houston. They were out of 50% of the things I wanted. I'm disappointed in them being a Kroger's shopper for the last 25 years

Good stuff order birthday cakes get all kinds of sweet stuff. You can get a great plate lunch mashed taters chicken green beans mac & cheese a good meal. Exit I 71 at 44 go north on Hwy 227 about a mile .

I'm not sure what the deal is at Kroger's of Carrollton, but we no longer go there and drive to Lagrange. I stood for 10 minutes, the only customer, 3 people behind the counter and finally gave up leaving without deli meat. They definitely need some employee training on polite customer service. Cashiers as well. What I did purchase seemed to be interrupting the bearded cashier. Thanks for reminding why I drive to Lagrange!

The Kroger in Carrollton ky went above and beyond the call of duty today. Even though I had a mix up last week with their click list shopping, today the rectified it beyond what i could have imagined. Not only did they fix the first problem but they made it possible for my order to be done sooner than I expected. Thank you, I will definitely be back

I had ordered my nephews 13th birthday cake from here and they messed it up and put the wrong age the way the manager was going to fix the mess up was put a candle over it. When we told her we didn’t want that she kept trying to scrap the icing to fix until they decided to just do a whole new cake. They did knock the price down but it was just upsetting to have the original cake messed up and the one they redid the edible image was messed up. This was very disappointing because we always order cakes from there and never had this problem before.
