I'm not sure what the deal is at Kroger's of Carrollton, but we no longer go there and drive to Lagrange. I stood for 10 minutes, the only customer, 3 people behind the counter and finally gave up leaving without deli meat. They definitely need some employee training on polite customer service. Cashiers as well. What I did purchase seemed to be interrupting the bearded cashier. Thanks for reminding why I drive to Lagrange!

I had ordered my nephews 13th birthday cake from here and they messed it up and put the wrong age the way the manager was going to fix the mess up was put a candle over it. When we told her we didn't want that she kept trying to scrap the icing to fix until they decided to just do a whole new cake. They did knock the price down but it was just upsetting to have the original cake messed up and the one they redid the edible image was messed up. This was very disappointing because we always order cakes from there and never had this problem before.
