It's five stars all around for what it is. You're getting in my opinion a very hard to beat fast food chain pizza. And the prices are very down to earth compared to others.

Very upset… papa John is my go to when I want a pizza… but definitely will not be ordering from this papa John’s anymore . I told the guy I wanted the Philly cheesesteak pizza but instead of the ranch sauce I want Alfredo sauce and than just cheese and meat nothing else.. 1st met a very RUDE DoorDash driver… 2nd I get home to eat the pizza and it literally had ranch and and everything one it. Onion green pepper everything after I told them 3 times what I wanted on the pizza to be sure . I couldn’t call when I got home cause they were closed so I called this morning and the GM told me that my credit was in the system so I called after I got off work to use it and was told that they can’t do anything about it and that I’m not in the system and I kept trying to tell them that I talked to manager this morning and she said I’m all set . All I kept getting told is that there is nothing I can do .

They don't usually mess up on your food. That's a plus but they do skimp on the Buffalo sauce For the hot wings It's kinda sad.

I was work when I ordered some pizza from Papa Johns. The larges were the size of a dinner plate. Very disappointed. Nice doordash delivery person who had their whole family with them.

Don't deserve any stars!!! Was told when walked in that was gonna take about 30 minutes. Almost 1.5 hrs later still no food. People coming in after me ordered and got their food. Was then asked to leave if I didn't like it. I demanded refund. Told me it would take 3-4 days to get that.

I spoke to an individual who I placed an order with and got disconnected before I could pay, she was very kind. When I called back, to pay an individual attempted to help me and put me on hold to figure out what happened. But then another individual pick up the line to "assist" was horrible, I'd wished she would have stayed out of it because she was disgusting. I finally got ahold of the store and she was a complete nightmare as well. I cannot believe that a nationwide company doesn't have an interest in hiring employees who want to save a customer. I will never order from Papa John's again and will continue to share my story and discourage others from ordering from them. Terrible customer service!!!!
Pizza was just all crust with a little bit of sauce cheese and toppings in the very middle... at least half my pizza was just crust... the other pizza was even worseOrdered 2 medium pizzas.... Do betterI always feel like if you order with a special discount coupon, you get the special discount pizza and not what you might get if you ordered full price.... they skimp on everything

Ordered a pepperoni stuffed crust and was given a sausage instead. When I told them it should have been pepperoni, I was a regular crust. I wasn't waiting 20 minutes for a new one, so I left with that but didn't get a refund for the price difference. The only reason I didn't rate lower is the jalapeño popper things...those were good!
