Needs work. The meat is covered so it makes it hard to see what they are even putting on your sandwich which leads to mistakes especially when you don't know what they have nor what the don't have. Wasn't greeted when I came in. Stood there like a idiot for a minute (while there was no other customers) until asked what I wanted. Next time I want subway I think I'll take myself to the next exit to the loves

A family member attended a function that provided Subway lunch boxes. There were boxes left over so some attendees took them home. My family member brought two back. I hadn’t had lunch so guess who ate them. One was turkey and one was ham. Both with lettuce and tomato. For both there was a reasonable and acceptable amount of meat. The produce was good, with no brown lettuce or mealy tomatoes. The bread was soft and tasty. Each box had a bagged chip snack as well as mustard and mayo packs. I hadn’t had Subway in quite a while so this experience has prompted me to download the app and try them again once I got back home. Great job, Carrollton Subway.

Don’t believe their hours the signs all say 8am but I went up there at 10:30 two girls were there both stared at me then promptly turned around and ignored me. They didn’t even have the decency to open the window and say we are closed. So no matter what the hours say don’t believe it when they’re open. I’ll not be going back here for a good while maybe the employees will be trained properly by then. The rudeness of being looked at multiple times and promptly turned on and ignored is absolutely ridiculous and childish. Whoever runs this store needs to teach their employees what it means to work in customer service and that the very least they can do is come to the window and say that the hours are wrong and inform the customer what time they actually open. Rather then look at me multiple times look at each other talk about me then turn their backs

Just went in store to pick up a mobile order and was told that they had to remove a portion of the ingredients to make my sandwiches because I used a "coupon" for my online order. Highly disappointed with the service and actual theft from my purchase.When asked why they wouldn't provide what I ordered they stated "my manager told me we can't put the normal amount of toppings for a mobile order if you use a coupon code."Do not go here if you use the app. They will purposefully make your sandwich lighter than a "full cost" sandwich.

The employees were rushing, the meat and cheese were covered to where we couldn't choose and pick from what we wanted, and all the vegetables almost were not fresh they were discolored isn't that Subway's logo "eat fresh".

It's okay is my rating , 3 stars neutral rating because when I was there they didn't have any meat. Like none.How is that possible in the middle of lunch when the business should be geared for earning.I'm assuming this is a once in a blue moon ? ? occurrence. Google asked me to Rate you so this is the best i can do right now.I'll stop back in a few weeks and hopefully things are better so I can change this
Store was very clean, food all looked fresh, they didn't try rushing us because we took forever trying to figure out what we wanted to eat lol..and they actually had ITALIAN HERB CHEESE BREAD! We've literally not seen one Subway have this bread in probably 2 years. The food was put together very well, except the Mayo was poured on last. That's prob my fault because I should've had them put it on 1st but it was at the very end. It was swimming in mayo and I could barely eat it without it pouring out everything else in my sandwich. But it sure tasted good still?
