Workers are being lazy by only accepting mobile orders, this is inappropriate. I will be calling the district manager about it as it's inappropriate.

Asked at the window if I could add just a side of nacho cheese sauce/dip and was told “Your foods already been made and i’m technically not allowed to add anything to your order.” lol i worked at fast food so i know that it’s not that hard to ring up and get especially when it’s just a small dipping side. I have some respect to the level of laziness though.

The manager would not help the employees that were preparing food. We waited over 30 minutes. All the manager did was empty garbage. The poor cashier had only worked 2 days - he was positive and friendly. Things happen , but the manager should have stepped up and worked!!

I literally never complain about anything. I’m the most chill person in the world, but I pulled up to Taco Bell in Carrollton Kentucky at 11:43 PM and all I wanted was two burritos and they told me they could only take my order through the app so I pulled up my app and I started to make my order which would’ve only taken two seconds and they told me I could not do that. I needed to go to the parking lot to give my order so I asked to talk to a manager and the manager reiterated that I had to go to the parking lot to place this order that would only take me two seconds. It was just for me. It was two burritos and so I left. They didn’t get my money. They didn’t get my order and I go to Taco Bell at least three or four times a week it’s my favorite place to go, but I will never go to the one in Carrollton again ever They should really work on their customer service. I work in a restaurant and I would never ever talk to somebody the way they did to me.

Dont expect them to get your food correct at the drive thru. Then the only way they will make it right is if you drive another 20 minutes back with there screwed up food. Will never eat at a taco bell again.....

They made Madison late for work. Took 40 minutes to prepare her food, after she ordered online while she sat in udder shock and horror and watched countless pedestrians retrieve their orders through the drive through. Once she finally received her order, it wasn’t even prepared correctly! As an avid Taco Bell consumer, I am taken aback. I am distraught. I hope nobody else has to experience what Madison Renee went through today. 2/10. Do not recommend.

Every single time I come here no fail there can be an employee standing at the register when I try to ask for something I need and when I go to ask them they always just walk away and ignore me when I know they saw me. Getting to the point I'd rather drive to the next town over to get taco bell.

Extremely unprofessional. Drove all the way in from Louisville for a job interview after being told yesterday to come in today, and when we got there they told us "my manager told us we can't hire anyone for the time being" they couldn't call, text, or email me to save me the time? Not to mention when I came in there was at least 10 people waiting at the front desk and when a lady asked if anybody was going to help them management got an attitude with them. The food is below subpar, they don't even care enough to spread the fillings out, every bite of my burrito had only lettuce, or only sour cream, or only meat. 100% the most unprofessional, disgusting tasting taco bell I've ever had. Half the time they can't even get my order right...

Said system was down, I was going to wait because they made it seem like it’d be a quick ordeal. Instead they got a big attitude and told me I couldn’t wait. She could have easily told me in a nice way. I didn’t understand.

Literally just left here I can't even go back cause I will go off. Nacho Bell grande had maybe two teaspoons worth of beef absolutely no beef at all on this thing absolutely pathetic. People out here struggling and some lazy jerk can't even go their job right so ridiculous.
Well I'll be fave this place another shit t and sure enough just now no freaking meat hardly at all on my bell grande every other Taco Bell does fine but this taco bell may be the worst in the world country what a joke literally. Can only imagine the crew that works here

I waited for over 55 minutes for a small, 2-person order. The manager showed no care or apologies. I’m not the only person upset though, as there are 15 other people waiting at the counter for similar times as me. This is the worst management I’ve experienced in my life. The workers acted similar to the management! I will never come to this location again and I recommend the same for everyone.
