I like Arby's food. Went through the drive through (first in line, 1 car behind). Before we left lot I looked in our bag & we had wrong order. Walked back inside to get correct order, (that took a while), took away the convenience of drive through. Arby's in Cattletsburg, Ky. Only 2 people working.

It’s national cheese day and Arby’s has limited cheese keychains. I get there early and place my order and ask for one. The girl at register is very nice. She says the manager know about them. I’m like ok I can wait. It’s 10:05 they just opened I get that. I see the girl ask the manager. The manager looks at her with a scowl and says I’m busy and walks away. I ask what did she say? The girls scared to answer cause that’s her boss I get it. So I get my food eat. The manager walks by me I say do you have the key chains? She’s like I’m busy I’ll look into when your done and walks away from me. Well 20 min later I see the manager ringing up a key chain for a male employee. Never once says I have one for you to me. I go to register the manager grabs a key chain says $2.12 I give her the money she gives change and turns around and mumbles have a nice day…. Worst manager I have seen in my life.. And I know they just opened but I watched her eat McDonald in the back with a guy. To busy to get my one day promotional key chain but can have your breakfast? The managers name is Amanda. She’s one of the rudest people I have met. I’d stay clear of this arbys!

Went thru the drive thru sat 14 minutes for cold pc of fish n the large tea is in the FORMER MEDIUM CUP . (I know bc I used to wrk for arbys.) Pd 10$ for tea that tasted like syrup n a pc of fish i threw out the windowCATLETTSBURG ARBYS SHOULD BE CLOSED PERMANENTLY the mgr that did the Drive thru was so unprofessional i still cant fathom how she made mgmnt. Susan you need retrained!. AES aka John Ward you have major problems on their way. this is how my food WAS GIVEN TO ME REST ASSURED NEVER AGAIN!

We stood waiting for someone to notice we were at the counter for so long.What aggravates me most I'd the lack if recognition that you are there.A "We'll be with you as quickly as we can!"would be nice.An elderly man came in after us and waited way longer than we did.He said that he would leave, but this was his second place he had been ignored.Maybe a class in manners would help business.

It's very run down in Catlettsburg. They hired a handyman man .To bad he's a drug addict. And they know he is and he's still there. If you ask me.. That's bad. But it's on them. They have proof and it doesn't seem to matter. But ok.

And they hired a drug addict to fix their store up. They knew he was and even sent pictures proving it and he is still working there. I guess they just don't care . Hired a meth addict but their fine with it. And the man that's fixing the store is friends with one of the high up don't know if she's CEO or lower and very good friends with the mother. So who wants to go to Catlettsburg Arby's??? Not me...
Eat there at least once a month, always friendly people and great food.
