I was there me and my two little boys old server lady walked by on her phone. Didn't speak to us. A tall well dress guy walked up said hello my name is Steve im.not server bet let me seat you all. He got us drinks. He laughed and joked with me and my boys gave them coloring book and crayons. He was awesome. But eventually the old server lady came finally took our order

I went in to sit and eat on Thanksgiving! I stood and waited to be seated. 2 different servers looked me in my face! And didn't acknowledge me for about 5 mins! Finally the one lady said she'd be with me. However she disappeared and I walked away. Before I could turn my back. A white family showed up and was seated immediately! So i stepped back in. Just to have the samething happen. I was fixing to walk away again. However Ms. Rebecca who was checking out customers. Said she'd be right with me. And then the other server wanted to assist me. Absolutely. Not. I told her no and would wait for Rebecca! She is an awesome server and definitely an asset to the company! Dennys has definitely made headlines about how they mistreat brown skin customers. And I stopped giving them my money for about 2 years. However I decided to try again. But nothing seems to have changed. The food was burnt and my side of mac n cheese was cold. The staff here was fussing amongst one another! However Ms. Rebecca remained very professional! And I watched her interact with everyone on the same level! She treated what seemed to be regular attendees. Along with others like myself in the same manner. Her service alone is the only reason for 3 stars! I will not be returning to Dennys restaurants any longer!

My wife and I have been coming to this establishment for years. It's alway a great experience, aside from a few waitress's we've had in the past. The GM usually takes care of us, she knows we've had some not so great experiences with some of the servers. She is very polite and knows exactly how to treat her customers. Highly recommend.

Restaurant was nearly empty on a weeknight, waited an hour for two simple breakfasts, and it was cold and inedible. The server and cook loudly argued the entire time. We complained about the food but nothing was offered so we didn't eat and left. Save yourself and opt for Waffle House instead.

Sign on the door says 12am, walked in at 10:30 and got told they are only doing carry out due to closing soon. They need to update their hours. Probably due to the "short staffed" excuse like all the other dennys across the country. Didn't even give my business, walked to the hot bar instead to grab something to eat.

The workers and service here is phenomenal but my 1 star is due to the GM Kaylin. I have witnessed this woman be rude to her employees on multiple occasions leading to a toxic and intimidating workplace environment. Working in the service industry previously, I highly suggest higher up management evaluate her position going forward. These employees deserve a GM that roots for them to thrive, not belittles them and takes advantage of their personal struggles

I worked at this Denny’s for a year and a half. It was a decent job until the GM took over. Kaylin is nothing but rude to her employees. Aside from that, our food truck orders were not substantial, the kitchen was disgusting, and every appliance was broken. We were forced to work under these conditions to the point that I quit. The job wasn’t worth putting up with her all the time. This is all truth and you can ask any employee that still currently works there. She also wanted to fire my sister for having an anxiety attack.

The avidaco burger had avidaco pieces on it so hard i could not bite into it. Like the rind or a cantaloupe. Half the fries were burned and the were out of several sides.

The GM there either needs retrained or demoted for the lack of ability to run a store. The staff on the other hand was very helpful and kind but the Gm just brushed issues aside.
