I was greeted with such warmth being so far away from home and the gentleman at the counter was so a accommodating to me!! Great pizza. Had a kids party and ordered four 19 inch party specials. Ready in 45 minutes and the lady working the front helped me carry it all to the car. Great pizza and it was all gone by the end of the party. Will order here again for future parties. Hopefully your owners open one up closer to Cannonsburg soon to cover our area!

My sister and I have dined at multiple Giovanni's locations over the years, from Milton to those in Barboursville, Huntington/near MU, Huntington/Westmoreland, Catlettsburg, and Ashland. The food at the Catlettsburg Giovanni's is easily the best. We have really enjoyed the garden salad, which was simple and nicely chilled with fresh vegetables and plenty of cheese. The calzones and wedges are delicious, as are the fries and onion rings. The foods that we've tried have been well presented, and have looked as good as they tasted. We look forward to sampling more menu items.

Something terrible is happening or has happened at this location. This is the second time I've called before their 930 cut off for delivery. Both times I've waited on hold for 6 to 8 minutes until they can finally get to the phone. You know after third delivery cut off time. Then to tell you sorry we don't deliver after 9:30. Even when told I've been on hold for 10 minutes. I've ordered weekly here for two years and every time I leave $10-$20 tip, even though every time they forget something of my order. I'm sorry whatever's taking place is unacceptable. And I'll never be a customer here again. The locations reputation throughout our community is not good, I definitely understand now myself!

We almost gave up eating at Giovanni's ever again until we tried cattletsburg location. They have the best pizza! Dough is done and toppings are always plentiful

This location is taking up all the orders and business from our neighboring locations of canonsburg and summit. They do have good pizza but you'll have to wait a little while on it due to the overwhelming customers from the other two locations being closed.

They have amazing customer skills, they are very friendly and kind. Their pizza is amazing and so isn't the ham wedge. I recommend this Giovanni's out of the whole tri state. Keep up the amazing job guys and gals. oh and the food is very fresh and hot.

I've been ordering a pizza on the weekends for the past 6 months, always been really good until tonight. I ordered a Pep, Sausage and Spicy sausage due to being out of bacon, I was told 45 minute delivery time, 18 minutes later the driver arrives with a very cold box, opened the box and the pizza was as if they allowed the toppings to melt, the crust wasn't crust, it was doe, I'll gladly post pictures, and Will forward to social media. the doe is pathetic!!!
