Do not trust Giovanni’s in CATLETTSBURG KY because the pizza that I ordered yesterday was burnt and it just didn’t taste right and then when my dad called to complain to the manager, he acted like he didn’t believe us and that’s not right SINCE we give them a lot of money when we order
Checked my drive thru order in the lot before leaving. my lasagne was the size of a deck of cards, I could literally eat it in 4 bites. the bread was burned. I went back and showed the guy working. He offered to remake the bread.🙄I put the order on the counter and asked for my money back. He said since I paid by card, I'd have to call corporate. I did an online order @7:00p.m. Got to the store @7:20p.m. and they were closed. Reached out to them on Facebook about my refund and they told me to come back the next day to get it. I showed up and no one was able to find me my refund after being told to go to the store to get it.
