Checked my drive thru order in the lot before leaving. my lasagne was the size of a deck of cards, I could literally eat it in 4 bites. the bread was burned. I went back and showed the guy working. He offered to remake the bread.šI put the order on the counter and asked for my money back. He said since I paid by card, I'd have to call corporate. I left with no food or money, and still starving after a 12 hour shift. This used to be an okay place. I won't be back to this location again.

Got a pep pizza, employees were friendly, itās good! Had a small scare when it looked like a cheese pizza so everyone keep in mind the cheese is on top of the pepperoni! Totally recommend

Every single time I have ordered here, nobody comes to the drive thru window for 15 minutes, 1 person inside waiting, nobody eating. If you're that low on staff, for YEARS, maybe it should be closed down. We will not be back, Louisa or Catlettsburg are much better for your money. Wish I could take away my tip.

I did an online order @7:00p.m. Got to the store @7:20p.m. and they were closed. Reached out to them on Facebook about my refund and they told me to come back the next day to get it. I showed up and no one was able to find me my refund after being told to go to the store to get it.

They have amazing customer skills, they are very friendly and kind. Their pizza is amazing and so isn't the ham wedge. I recommend this Giovanni's out of the whole tri state. Keep up the amazing job guys and gals. oh and the food is very fresh and hot.

Came in and ordered with co workers, i was the first one to order yet they forgot my food entirely, had to ask and they finally made it. but the worst part was everyone had paid and left and they told me one of them didnāt pay and made me pay for mine and theirsā¦

Iāve gotten things there many times. Usually subpar. I ordered a wedge today, thatās suppose to have cheese on the outside? Literally pizza crust thatās it.
This food, including 2 pizzas and a pizza bread were aweful. The crust was extremely thin and had a blowout hole in one place where the toppings were just on the box bottom. I had ordered sausage but there werent hardly any toppings at all.
And while we picked up our order 15 minutes before closing, as soon as I walked out the door, they locked it and turned out the lights. What a worthless restaurant.

Jim and I ate at Giovanniās Catlettsburg tonight and had a great time! The food, our waitress, and the live outdoor music were the BEST! ššš
I hope they get āThe Ryan Bonner Bandā back to perform on a regular basis! The band sounded great, I loved the song selection, and I hear Ryan is a great Tom Cat coach too ! Go Cat !

This restaurant has terrible customer service. I was left sitting at the window for 15 minutes and the lady would look at me then walk away. When I asked about my order she rudely said it's in the oven. At this time it had been 30 minutes for an order that was supposed to take 15 minutes. The young lady was very polite but the older lady needs to find a different job.
