Little Caesars Pizza

Worst little ceasers!!! Linda is a joke. She will offer a free pizza mind you I only got a free pizza because her employees gave me a bad hard pizza! They said Linda was suppose to be there but left to gamble. Worst service ever!!!! They say all the time how Linda is suppose to help them and she is never there. It’s a shame nobody helps them. The guy up front Charlie seemed overworked.

Best experience I've had at a little Caesars. The staff were friendly and the store was one of the cleanest I have seen. The store manager Linda answered all of my questions and made sure I was happy with my order. Definitely will make this location my go to from now on.

Like many other reviewers, I have given this location multiple chances and have been disappointed every time. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE for this location. The website is not up to date and upon arrival we were told they were out of stock on thin crust (?!?). The only thing they could sell us was a "hot & ready", which was hard as a rock when we got it home. Save your $ and go elsewhere.

The staff and food was fine, however, the owner should be ashamed of themselves. Those workers are in there around those hot ovens without any air conditioning what so ever. It's 100 degrees outside. I sat in the lobby and was sweating. I can't imagine around those ovens.

Worst Little Caesars in the tri-state. I've given them several opportunities but I'm done. Everytime I sit in the drive thru for 10-15 minutes. One time after I finally got to the window they didn't have any pizzas ready and I had to wait another 15 minutes for a "hot and ready" The time before tonight, my pizza was cold. It had been sitting out for a long time and not in the warmer. Tonight I waited in line 15 minutes as usual only to find out they didn't have anything ready and was told it would be another 10 minutes on anything I ordered. So from now on I'll go to ashland Little Caesars. I've been there more times than I can count and have never had to wait or had a problem with my food. Corporate needs to do something about Catlettsburg.

I love Little Caesars pizzas. The new owner is very nice. The service is great. The food is very tasty. When buying pizza, I highly recommend Little Caesar in Catlettsburg KY.

I have came to this location on several occasions and the wait time is always INSANE. Each time I have been here the wait time is over 30 minutes. They are hardly ever busy or I wouldn’t say anything. The workers are always super nice but it is clearly poorly ran. Today I called ahead to see if that would speed things up and I still had to wait over 35 minutes when my “wait time” giving to me when I called was 15 minutes. I usually order for the girls at my work and having to wait this amount of time is ridiculous especially when someone has to return to work.

I literally called to ask when they closed so i wasn't ordering way too late, and they stumbled on their words and I asked what they said and they hung up, poor service.
